This is what I've gathered so far from this thread. I have not tried them -but, hope it does workout for you.

Step1

connectioin name : Access
APN : internet
username : none
password : (no passords- just leave the defaults)
home page : http://www.ng.celtel.com
no IP addresses and no port numbers

Step2

Name: Access WAP
APN: wap
IP address: 172.18.254.5
Home: http://wap.ng.celtel.com
Port: 9201
Username: wap
Password: wap

Step3

Access!WAP
homepage: delete it, leave it blank.
username: blank
password: blank
IP Add. : 172.18.254.5
Port: 8080

--You may want to change your APN  to this: APN : wap.ng.celtel.com "only" if the default APN dosen't work.

the total cost for equipment and installations is @ =N=150,000
the cost of 10 PIII systems is @=N=13,000
and Five(5) web cam @ =N= 2,000
total =  =N=280,000


I use what they call Wireless Broad Band technology! very High speed guaranteed it's better than V-sat and other old radio Technologies
