Fuse 11 with 15A rating and Fuse 39 with 10A rating have been found to be the culprit, it those are okay, then the turn signal stalk is the next point of check. Also check the rear defroster if it is functioning

But from your description, some other accessories also failed which points to blown fuse.

People in your shoes found out that the problem kept occurring after fixing due to a failed reverse switch which causes blow out of the fuse.

I don't think I have heard of anyone driving Toyota Venza, 2012 highlander etc complain of overheating. This is cause they both use same 2gr engines with sienna. So my question is, are we sure the overheating is not a sienna thing? Cause overheating is always the issue wit sienna wit 2gr engine
