adim02: @rockar please dont mind that your friend.If i may ask are for may intake?If yes better go and submit ur application.I google and i discovered that they are 24 colleges in ontario toronto north and south and at of that 24 colleges how many do offer PGD,most are just only undergraduate.Niagara college is a public college aproved by canadian govt.Most people that got their TRV that applied to some college like norquest college,i can count as many,that are not better than niagara with 4 campuse.Niagara is a city in ontario.What matter is your packaging and finance.Once any forumite recieve his/her Trv and mention college i try as much to google the school and find out every thing concerning that school.First to know if public or private before other things.

earthgreeners: I think you can have them either as main sponsor or co-sponsor depending on what they have in their account as well as their source of income etc..... Each of them should state clearly the expenses they would cater for...

Can u please indicate the financial status of ur brothers so we could better advise you on who should be the main sponsor and the co-sponsor.....

@earthgreener I don't really know there financial status per-se. but I will let you know. but they are both in d UK. I hope having a sponsor in d UK is no problems.

i applied early november... and i sent my transcript thru email....other doc which was my certificate was sent thru email....and i got a reply from them last week. give em time, they will get back to u...

i was given admission for Post-graduate programme at Naigara College ontario for fall 2013.
the hard copy of my acceptance letter has just been posted thru dhl. pls i am new to student visa application process. after i get the hard copy of my acceptance letter. what will be my next step?

pls i need someone with xperience to answer my question. i finished nysc last year and ever since then, i manage my dads company which he handed to me with a legal doc. the problem is that i made my firt time application today for uk family visiting visa. after i made the application,a friend told me i ought to have included my school cert and nysc cert in the documents i submitted to let them know im a graduate. pls is this necessary for visiting visa? now i am so unhappy cos there is no way i can include the documents again cos i already submitted. will i be rejected because of this?

pls how many weeks does UK visa takes. i wanna go for my brothers wedding on the 29th of dec, and i wanna make the application on 10th which is monday. is it too late? pls i need reply. thanks

Vicjustice: I modified my previous post, you might want to look at it again and replace the quote.
I will like to suggest that you apply for the visa as a vacation traveller sponsored by the company as a treat, by this measure, i don't see why you won't be granted a visa.
But since you don't have your own independent account, if you chose to apply using the company's account, though you have a fair (not very good) chance, but don't be surprised if the visa officer finds reasons to refused you on the basis of travelling to the UK using your father's company's account (even though you are in charge): how would you convince the visa officer that you are not going to the UK as a prodigal son, or to turn prodigal whilst in the UK?

Vicjustice: Most company's accounts are unacceptable for visa application because, the money in them are strictly for official use only: especially if the company has board of directors or other bodies that make decisions on matters.
But there could be an exception with some few (sole director) companies if the director makes the account flexible to allows for the use of the money for his personal purpose.
If your parents travel abroad with the support of the company's bank account, it therefore means that the visa officer is satisfied that the account is flexible and that the money was available for their use: and most importantly, there had might have been evidences of your parents using the fund for personal purpose prior to their visa applications.

There is no board of directors. I run everything in the company now. And also the account have been used for my dad n mum's trip before. Im just being cautious, i dont have a personal account that i can submit. I just dont want my passport to have a rejection stain because its my first and i am planning to further my education in canada next year and i guess if im rejected in uk, it might have an effect on being issued Canada student visa.

Pls do u think i can make an application based on everything i have mentioned about my financial status and the purpose of visitation ?

Vicjustice: 1) You didn't give enough details of your circumstances to work with, won it would be premature to access your chance.
2) Christmas period is not a rush period for travelling to Europe, the rush period is during school periods and summer.
Christmas season is the period when many Africans leave the UK not the other way round

I dont really understand ur first point, but My dad gave me the '' power of attorney '' last year after my service to his company because he is old and i am the last child remaining in Nigeria. I was made the director and a signatory to all company's account. I work and i am a director of the company now. I dont have a personal account because i always use one of the company account for all my expenses. So i am going to use the company's account which is always used for family trips.

Hi, i want to apply for a uk visa with my blood brother inviting me for xmas holiday and his bday next month.
But reading this thread has really gt me confused because as soon as i finished service last year, my dad gave me the '' power of attorney '' to his company which makes me the director( there is a legal documents backing this up) . He made me a signatory to all the companies account just like i am the owner. The problem now is that i always withdraw money from the companies account. I dont av a personal account.
Company always sponsor family trip, just like when my dad n mum went to visit my brother dis year, they used the company's account for application.
Now i wanna make the application with the company's account which i am a signatory to. Pls what are my chances? I have no actual salary, because i always use the company account for all my expenses.

Please i need an advice. I have a blood brother who is a citizen in the uk by birth. He had been living there for like 13yrs working. He has visited Nigeria a couple of time.
I am planning to go for a visit by December for xmas holiday.
I finished service last year and immediately i finished service i have been managing my dads company as the managing director till now.
My questions are:
1. What are my chances of being given a visa if my brother invites me just for xmas holiday?
2. Is it too late to apply for xmas holiday visa now, because i heard there will be rushing this time and rushing might cause rejection(how true is this).

There r so many questions popping up about religion nowadays. So many questions that if they aren't answered soon, religion might lead to havoc and even world war 3. For example,

- why is there no mention of the dinosaurs in any of the holy books?
- why does the religion say the earth was flat and there was no other planet, until proven wrong?
- what will happen to the pple that lived on early earth before any religion talking about heaven and hell came to earth. What will happen to them on judgement day? Will they go to hell just because they didnt hear about heaven and hell.
- why will he condemn some pple to hell to burn for eternity when he can actually just destroy the pple and forget all about them.
- will heaven be just about singing thru out (there will be no technology like phone, computer games, movies, flying jets, Internet ) etc, because if it is all about singing, it will be so boring.
- there are so many sightings of the UFO. Where do they come from?

I believe in a creator, dont get me wrong. But "HELL", capital NO.
Just believe one thing, GOD is love. Show love to everyone and u live a happy and blissful life.

- religion might loose its stand when they discover life in other planet. Which i guess they might discover soon.
- Now, they have started creating genetically engineered babies carrying 3dna's. Why will God allow this?
