The ideal candidate should possess core financial skills as well as Operational Experience, Strategic Expertise and People Management. The successful candidate will also be expected to oversee Treasury Management with a view to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company. He/She will also be required to coordinate Business Strategy and Forecasting including Outlining objectives, determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation, identifying problems and seeking solutions, reviewing current strategy, undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors, collecting, analysing and interpreting data and statistics, compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing, identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies as well as developing, advising about and implementing agreed solutions


Main Responsibilities
1. Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s finances and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
3. Produce accurate and timely financial information about the company’s financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken relating to the company’s financial strength and security.
4. Produce all necessary statement and reports to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, stock and debtors etc.
5. Develop and monitor all necessary controls to ensure that the company complies with statutory requirements.
6. Act as the main point of contact with external auditors and provide them with all required information.
7. Carry out any necessary internal audit reviews and monitor the financial effectiveness of systems and controls.
8. Recommend any changes necessary to improve the company’s financial performance and financial controls.
9. Keep up to date with any developments in financial management which might affect how the company’s finances are managed or its statutory obligations.
10. Acts as the company’s main source of expertise on financial issues.

• Minimum of five (5) years post qualification working experience

Both are actually correct...

Tire = American English
Tyre = British English

Actually, best practice is to use the tyre pressure recommended by your car manufacturer and not the tyre manufacturer as they sometimes differ.

Because the same tyre can be used in different cars with differing weights and therefore bear different loads, you should use the manufacturer's recommendation.

This can be found on the inside of your glove box compartment an on the "B" pillar of the car when you open the driver side front door.

Bros,has per ur question there are many ppl using SUV but few using Saloon. During raining days u need see the way their cars are swimming on the dirty water. That was why I was on the opinion of SUV b4 but a thread here change my mentality that no matter what never starts ur first car with an SUV and this will b my first car.
