According to my personally view a home insruance policy must have if you have a kit home. I don't mean that the kit homes are insure but I just want to say,The mostly kit homes have been made in the forest or in the park or some thing like that but we can save our money by insurance. so I would like to suggest to all of them who have kit home must the insurance for preventing yourself from any unwillin happenings.

I was just thinking to change my old home when a my friend suggest me to buy a granny flats, he mentioned many advantages of this model accommodation as like "A granny flat is a dwelling unit that can be in the form of an upstairs apartment, a garage apartment, or a carriage house. This living unit, or small apartment, has its own entrance and they are growing in numbers and popularity" so what you think I should buy such granny flats....?

I think this is the right place for getting some suggestion for my carrier Actually I want to start my own business.What do you think which is more better to invest in Real Estate Market or Stock Market? My friend told me that there is equal ratio of profit and loss in stock market while in Real Estate you always get profitable return on your investment.so what you people think about that..... ?
