AmeliaT: Hi, all you need is the GWF number along with other details which are personal to her.
She has 3 options. 1. Track for free using the link sent via email from noreply@visas-immigration.service.gov.uk. Click on the link there, log in and follow the steps to track. 2. Make a call to for which you will need to have a card on standby for as you need to pay. +44 (0)300 790 6268 - select option 1 Monday to Friday, 24 hours. Calls cost 69 pence per minute on top of your standard network charges If you cannot contact UK 0300 numbers, use +44 (0)203 875 4669. 3. Send a paid email using this link- https://ukvi.mysecurepay.co.uk/Home Queries cost £2.74. You will not be charged for any follow-up emails about the same enquiry. You will get a reply to your query within 5 days, except on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.
Your friend should also be weary of agents. There are so many sad stories here about agents manipulating bank records, using fake credit cards to pay and the applicant being refused and banned. If one must use an agent, it is important to audit and see the final form and all documents before submission to ensure there's no funny business. Thanks for the detailed information. Sure, was able to view the documents, just the delay being experienced. Will follow up from here. |

othermen: 1/1/2011 -Police officer Ben shot a trader while trying to extort some street urchins. After firing indiscriminately, he fled the scene.
1/1/2011 -Dr Rita was upstairs in the hospital trying to draft her application for migration to Canada when the trader was brought in by some passerby. The tired nurses kept demanding for a police report. Dr Rita could wave the need for a report and do a first aid which could save the traders life, but she was more passionate about her application and instructed the nurses to insist on a police report before any admission was made. The passerby threatened to abandon the trader, but the hospital security officials screamed at him and almost assaulted him. The passerby regretted his involvement in all of it and promised never to do such assist again in his life. Soon, he drove to the hospital in the next neighbourhood, where the nurses insisted on a deposit, they did knowing the trader has lost a lot of blood and would not survive the hour.
1/2/2011- Several blogs picked up the story and reported the shooting, the story was on trend all through the morning and it seemed everyone on twitter were piqued by the event. The police PRO, CSP Kazeem promised an investigation. It will be the 1,989 pending investigation of civilian casualties in such extrajudicial killing.
1/2/2011- In the evening, the family of the trader had to pay to get her out of the morgue. There were witnesses to her murder but the police insisted on an autopsy but they also wanted the trader to be buried along with her story, so the police secretly facilitated the release of her body and burial… all was soon quiet. Salewa, an undergraduate in U.I couldn’t care less; Abraham in unilag was more interested in the champions league game; Kazeem, a civil servant was not even aware; unemployed Seun was more interested in what the trader sold and if he can explore such.
1/3/2011- Only two news channel reported on the trader briefly while Bobrisky calling himself a sugar mummy trended.
1/4/2021- Dr Rita flew back to Nigeria with her son after several years abroad. The son wanted to see how Lagos looked like. He linked up with some old pals. They were stopped on the highway by the police, who demanded to check through his phone but he insisted and refused. The police assaulted him and as he defended himself, the police soon shot him. Dr Rita’s son was rushed to an hospital on the mainland, and he was rejected due to want of a police report. He soon died.
1/5/2021- CSP Kazeem retired only 7 months ago. His son had pictures of his father’s pistol on his phone and that was enough evidence to get him killed by the police.
And in the end, all of those that were indifferent to the trader’s death suffered similar fate as did, the trader. Karma comes to judgement |

The ones Deziani Allison looted or which one?
Buhari started and is completing the project.
Jonathan remains the worst president in Nigeria history.
The corruption under him were unimaginable.
Very weak and a thief at sametine.
He looted NIGERIA on industrial scale.
Infact has the worst kind of advisors attributable to a mini idia Amin like Reno Omokri
Devilish, cunning and always wants to be seen as right even after stealing Nigeria dry
buhari is constructing second Niger bridge, reno will rush and shout jonathan started it
buhari completes railway.....he will shout jonathan started it
buhari is building new complex in bayelsa....reno will shout jonathan started it....
Well it is safe to say Uncompleted former president Jonathan.
What has Jonathan started and completed if not stealing.
You seem to be attacking everyone without doing due diligence on the subject matter being discussed. There's nothing to celebrate about the bridge, as a matter of fact, I crossed there yesterday being Tuesday 27-7-2021 by 12 noon, the bridge cannot even be completed in the next 10 years. As a matter of fact, there wasn't even a single equipment inside the river Niger. I don't know why Nigerians like celebrating mediocrity. The road to Lagos that is acclaimed to be excellent, is a hoax. Almost 1hr journey from Ibafo past shagamu and beyond is riddled with pot holes capable of pulling out shafts from vehicles. Sometimes I feel that Seun should just add Dislike or discard button cos some comments here deserves that. Smh How many years did it take China to build the longest bridge in the World |

lawfree638: Good morning Sir,
You will need to submit your application before you can give your biometrics.
Request for biometrics from IRCC is usually within 24hours from the time you submit your application.
It sounds to my mind that you are doing medical upfront, which is cool. However, you can't do biometics upfront, you must submit your application, receive a biometric invite, book an appointment with Vfs global.
All the best. Thanks so much for the clarification. |

lawfree638: Hi,
They don't really allow one in before your time. But this is Nigeria. Nothing is impossible.
I remember when I tried taking same route of doing it before the assigned time, guess what?
The security guy said I need to pay 3k which is 6k for me and my wife. Wanted to it on time because of third mainland traffic.
I didn't pay. I was allowed in 20 mins before my time.
As regards your laptop, don't bother to work with it while you are in because those guys especially the security guys are rude. However, you can take your bag in. Just planned and sacrifice like 1-2 hours after you are in to conclude everything so you can go back and hug your lappy.
It will end in praise. Greetings Brother, Does one need to do Biometrics before submitting the Visa application ? I. Just registered at Qlife for medicals, am contemplating on doing both same July. Advice please |

Onweke: Please forget about all you see/hear on YouTube. Noel Abingwa always advise people from his own experience so you don't expect him to tell you about GCMS when he did not know/ never requested for it during his visa application. GCMS is very key nowadays because it will help you to know the extent your application has gone. GCMS also helps you to know the outcome of your visa application whether positive or negative. If your application has passed normal PROCESSING TIME order for GCMS. If you are mentally down please rush and request for GCMS now for your health. GCMS saves you from PANIC, HBP, PSYCHO and so many others... Great explanation, so grateful for the insight |

Anon123: 1) when choosing a course, you need to consider, if you have experience in the intended course and if its related to what you studied cos its very important you show a level of experience in a particular field most especially when you have been out of school for a long time. Its believed you must have gain some experience to why you chose to go further in a particular field. So to answer your question, you could chose first or second but do you have experience in the intend area of program.
2) I dont really know much about GIC. If it patains to finance you could just print out a 6 or 4months bank statement or you could get your MBS. Either one is okay. Its expected when u submit your study permit application, you must include the financial docs too in fact there's a section specific for it. You can't apply for visa without it.
3) Different schools have different deposits. Conestoga college tuition deposit is 1500cad, there are other lesser. But the most important is ensure you are familiar with the schools refund policy. Some schools tuition deposits are refundable while some are not. As per tuition fee, it ranges 14-18kcad per year.
Note: Tuition deposits is part of your tuition fee. Thanks man for the prompt response 1. Yes, been in the field for over 10 years and just recently rounded off 2nd degree. I will mostly choose a related course. Thanks 2. I am using my Inlaw as sponsor, he is the one funding the GIC account. You have earlier answered questions on that, reason I didn't bring it up again. Worst is that I haven't snapped with him as he hasn't been home for a while now. Do I still need to print his bank statement abroad as proof of funds, he is not based in Nigeria? GIC is meant to take care of Proof of funds. Clarify please. Thanks earnestly. |
