Infact, they should first start with where polling units are situated. Neutral spots, not infront or inside the compound of party member's house. Then voting should be real time and by that, I mean as you are voting, it is counted and broadcasted live. If they are still going to use stamp paper and count paper and still have to wait till the paper is moved to collation center, anything can happen in between.
