We can't say exactly, how many ASP (specialists) will be recruited. PSC announced that 1500 specialists will be recruited. They didn't give the breakdown across cadre!

For general duty category, 500 Cadet ASP will be recruited.

They may take more ASP(specialists ) than the other cadre. It all depends on the need for speciality in some departments that may be lacking .

I mean psc needs 10000 and if they shortlist exactly 10000 like armpit said, it will negate the whole process... That is medical and interview.

It simply means that the 10000 people armpit is clamoring will just go to Abuja to collect their appointments letter and start there training.

Hmmm bro...Dss shortlisted names without interview 2 two years ago. The candidates went straight to camp without medicals and physical screening.

now i dnt know anyone at d psc- and frankly i dnt need to but calculated analysis will reveal dat psc will not release d list until sometime after 3 october and i will tell u why. first off dere is a crucial edo elections coming up nxt week, an election of gr8 interest to d apc and of course d npf so it would b expected dat d psc will sit on d results until after d elections. secondly d nxt week will usher in october 1 and since dis falls on a weekend october 3 will b declared a public holiday. frm these one can concretely speculate dat d names will b released btw d second n third week of october....so chill...or prove me right

This is things you mentioned cannot stop Psc from releasing the list. The next stage will be done in 12 zonal headquarters ( 12 states) edo election will be not pose a challenge. Just be prepared or else you will be taken unware.

Instead of us to discuss the likely medical tests we may encounter in the next stage, we are here lashing out on each other. We are making things difficult for some people to drop privilege information that will help us out in the next stage. They are some people that have useful information but they cannot share it because the thread has been derailed.

You are right. They may tell you your medical fitness(state) as soon as you complete your medicals.

We don't know the pattern they will follow...I understand that immediately after the medicals, success ones will proceed to force headquarters for the interview.

Hopefully by next week we will all know our fate.

I am praying that the next phase of the recruitment excersice should be fair and favour should locate and find me and my friends.

May we suceed in Jesus name, amen.

Hopefully in a not too long time we should start getting mails for the next phase. Rather than growing jab and tantrum on eachother, it is advisable you keep fit with excersices, diagnosing and treating any illness in the body system as we await medical' test screening and reading elaborately on polygraph and how it challenges could be surmount. These can prepare us effectively to face the next stage.

May God crown our efforts with success.

I understand that as for the ASPs, is going to be shared along senatorial zones, other avenue one should look at, is the course of study. The course of study is very important for the specialist cadre. Some courses will be given priority over the other.

They are done with the marking. it was done manually . They just concluded physical and document screening yesterday with the coustable(specialist ). You know, government agencies recruitment takes time .so between now and ending of September we should have been through with the next stage already. So be watchful! Any info you hear from the Psc please don't hesitate to share it here whether confirmed or non confirmed.as an intelligent officer, no information is useless. So bring information here let's analyse.

The fund for the selection process have been released to Psc , so I don't think the recruitment stages will take much time. I believe the next stage is around the corner .

Yeah, the next stage is medicals at the zonal command headquarters.but what I don't understand is this, is it the same name shortlisted for medicals that will go for interview or after medicals they will shortlist another names for interview?

My screening yesterday was something else, I was striped down to my boxers by one female police officer. She was screaming at us all day long.
