The reviewed in 2020 budget benchmark have adverse economic effects, so the federal government decided to reduced 2020 appropriation bills, so the personnel cost of all miniseries, extra ministries and parastatals had been reduced due to Covid-19 Pandemic. This means all recruitment is suspended for now till one knows maybe when there is increases in crude oil price or when economic improve drastically.

Some applicants are still agitating that security and health recruitment will continue their recruitment but from the information I got all recruitment is suspended indefinitely till when economic recover from this Covid-19 Pandemic.

Personnel budget was not touched. 20% of Overhead cost was cut while 20% capital expenditure was also cut. The recruitment will definitely continue after Covid 19 is curtailed.

He is a highly placed government worker and through him I was able to learn a lot, he do call me with his airtime and we spent over 15 minutes on phone with him. By the Grace of God after this Covid-19 he will certainly leave his working place to a higher place courtesy of our friendship. I met him here and I have never seen his comment or met him physically and I am very sure he is reading this now, but there are a lot of members here that you will send PM just for clarification but feel too big to reply, I don't know whether I am the only one that do witness this. Please let's be nice to each other. My brother submitted a presidency recommendation letter to PTDF last year and we've been following up with it and up till now nothing on ground, except they employed without the knowledge of the presidency though anything is possible in this country.

Yea I understand, I just think agencies that generate their own funds would still be able to continue their processes as they done really rely on the budget. NNPC for instance immediately after this announcement has emailed their 1050 GT's that documentation has commenced.

I believe this will mostly affect/delay the mass FCSC recruitment that was to commence this year. As for people still in processes don't let this news makes you stop pressing your buttons.
