PDP is the most foolish party in the World! They are the cause of our problem in Nigeria. They don't fit in the position of "the main opposition party"

Personally I don't think so as polling unit results posted here and other social media platforms showed APC winning. Almost all APC chieftains won their units while that of pdp lost. Obaseki and Asue even struggled to win their units and Obaseki lost his LGA... In 2020, I recalled clearly that most polling unit results reveal Pdp winning and it ended same way finally.result upload on irev was not as quick as that of this year.

Between the hours of ,8 am till 6pm when voting and counting was ongoing, there was no incidence if violence,ballot snatching,rigging, diversion of materials etc. it was a peaceful protest...

Confusion started during the collation period when pdp raised alarm over the relocation of collation in Benin city to Inec headquarters and inec said this was due to insecurity..before then,2029 results were being circulated to show pdp in the lead...collation of Ikpoba okha LGA was then returned to the LGA..

Assuming there was rigging, it was minimal and didn't affect the final outcome because from the assertions of pdp, they lost. The pdp campaign team led by Governor Fintiri released results of 10 lgas which mostly tallied with what inec declared except in 2 lgas. They never bothered to release the remaining 8. They published result sheets of over voting in 20 units which isn't enough to affect the margin. They complained of violence in Etsako but failed to quote an alternative result.. the pdp chairman earlier this week stated that they believed they won based on preliminary results. What about the final results? Does it mean they are acting on assumptions and mere speculations?

Before the polls, indications clearly pointed to an APC victory. This is my own opinion.let others air theirs...

Na their wahala bi that. The election is over. They are aware of election rigging in Nigeria before the election, why can't they protect their votes? That's all I can say for now.

Though the judgement differs from what people are taking it for but Gov. Fubura acted foolishly when he withdrew the case. The Judge even asked if he knew the case will be dismissed, he still went ahead with the withdrawal. You no wait make your opposition self withdraw, you first go jump.

Did Gov. Fubara think President Tinubu will support him against Wike? I read all the conditions, they were 95% in favour of Wike's group. You read, yet you go fall for the trap.

How's it smart? The law is the law if he's in the wrong, it will catch up with him. If it was a genuine thing that benefits the people, this mad rush would not happen. He might wait 3months. But for silly squabbles between two people, the state has to suffer not well thought out decisions and choices. How do you base a whole state on how to win, hurt or outsmart one person.

He should wait for 3 months again without local government allocation? It's not suppose to be so. If not for selfish interest, why not allow and support the election for the state to move forward.

Did you see where it is written in the judgement that the election must not hold?
