It baffles me each time I see high profile officers/officials being mischievous!

It is the right of the state to conduct local government election. What is the fault of the governor if he decides to do the right thing at the right time.

It has been clearly stated that no caretaker chairman should be given allocation. If the I.G can open his mouth and say the governor wants to shed blood because of ordinary local government election, it clearly shows where he belongs with the way things are going in Rivers. Again, did the court order bar the state from conducting the election? No

It's sad to see our system not working accordingly in this country. When are we going to get things right?

No local government election, no federal allocation!

Candidates popularity; both are popular but Asue is more popular with the educated elites and enlightened ones same as Akpata while Okpebholo is dominant among the average rural dweller. His nickname Akpakomiza is a testament...

Deputy influence; Both are influential. Ogie dominated Ikpoba while Denco Ovia axis but Ogie hasn't been tested electorally like denco..the nickname denco is as a result of his popularity plus he is youthful.


Party strength: based on economy APC is unpopular while based on Edo governance,pdp is unpopular..but in terms of electoral strength, you will give it to APC as they have more men and resources

People's choice: Edolites are divided so no clear choice

What is the Scores Cards of the Obaseki performance - with so much Humongous NBILLIONS constantly coming to Edo, Delta,Rivers,Cross Rivers,A/Ibom,Anambra,etc- as Niger- Delta Regions.
•This Region supposed to be a Small Dubai of Africa but individually and Collectively,they disappointed the People there,but choose to blame other Nigerians-for their undoing, including the Traditional Rulers and their footsoldiers,who are paid a penny to remain relevant.
•Dubai in Emirates - was a Desert 🏜️ but the People Collectively decided to make greatness out of the Sandy Place,so the Opposite is Nigeria Oil Regions.

To me, this is not a matter of the APC or PDP, but the individual candidates. The party is just a platform, the individual representing party should be a key factor during electioneering.
