Sir does that mean i have to get a copy to them to sign and then get that same copy back. Cus they are not close by.

Please sir on the guarantors form and local govt attestation form.
I scanned and sent it to them to sign. After they sign and scanned it back to me, the document got darker. But still visible.
Will i be allowed to use it like that?

Is there any chance of failing medical and still getting to training? Maybe with connections ?
