Okay my galaxy s4 was stolen by my friend, we were 6 people in the venue the day it happened i didn't catch the person but the my other friend caught the person that stole the phone but kept mute swearing with his name that he caught him unaware but its being 2 months now...how do i go about it because i know its gonna be btw the whistle blower and the assumed thief. How do i find out myself. I really want to deal with the thief.
