Things are looking gloomy for Mourinho and this team.
It is obvious Bailly and Smalling are too similar to partner themselves in defence.
While Fellaini has improved a lot there are question marks about a midfield duo of him and Pogba,who obviously lacks tactical discipline.
Sticking Martial and Rashford on the wings is obviously a waste of their talents.
In attack,this Rooney/Zlatan partnership is not working because Rooney is a player whose powers are on the descent.
Rooney and Zlatan do not offer any speed getting forwards so Mourinho has to grow a pair and drop one of them to the bench.
I just hope the manager can turn this slump around. Across the town Pep is showing him a clean pair of heels.
