na so... I don't always talk to my riders all the time... And 5star comes like default
I don't talk to them at all except, "Should i increase or reduce the ac"? That's all

Actually, I've come to realise that ratings has more to do with driver's attitude than type of car, all things being equal.
Nope. Car first, attitude second.

Most riders cancel because they do not like the car. A rider once called at asked me the year of corolla I was driving, he cancelled and the sound of 2006. Most riders cancel trips because they dont know what a Peugeot is. Some cancel at the sight of the vehicle. Some will gist with you with your nice attitude and All, and still rate you low.

The perfect rating is car + driver attitude.

Fleet managers don't have to drive on system ... they are more of solution providers and always build insight to fleet they manage. Will u say fleet managers for dangote trucks should have driven b4?
See carshopper, changing mouth.grin

It will be wrong to go into fleet mgt without wearing the shoes your self.
This was the same thing I told carshopper and he argued.

[author=Carshopper post=63887351]

Nope driving isn't an added advantage in terms of fleet management system, a good example within this bizness is the management of app companies we engage, they bring out measures to bring investors (US) to use their app but they don't drive to know what measures to use or bring out.[/quote]Now he is nodding head grin

Don't argue with me next time when it comes to uber cool

I think what we fail to see or realise is for every specliased field there is always an INDUSTRY STANDARD.

If I come to meet u for legal advise, u will advise to an extent and charge me for further talks. It's just basic requirements ... man must chop
Does that one look like who can advise anyone on anything? shocked

If we can move on from this current debate it will really help a lot of us. Entparrot was trying to help, but didn't have to discredit or bring down Gazzuzz. If u can't afford hamburger, eat bread and akara. Doesn't mean the guy selling hamburger is wrong.
Entparrot loves trying to bring people down. . . it's his only selling point.

Good afternoon House,
How long should one wait before reapplying for Partner-Driver on Uber.
My application was rejected and unfortunately, I can't pin it down to a particular reason.
Wouldn't mind further guidance.
Thank you.

RALLY! RALLY! RALLY!

To all driver partners.

The Coalition of e-Hailing stakeholders, a body comprising of group Admins and leaders amongst the driver partner community will be having a rally at the TAXIFY office on MONDAY the 5th of FEBRUARY 2018, by 10am.

This has become necessary to create enlightenment to all driver partners on the continued degrading treatment of driver partners by TAXIFY.

Our rights are being trampled on every day.

Each time we complain, TAXIFY totally disregards our contributions.

Various driver partners have written to TAXIFY on the various issues in the past and recently.

1⃣Rider verification
2⃣Destinatination pre notification.
3⃣Indiscrimante blocking and suspension
4⃣Dissapering bonuses
5⃣Unguaranteed Cash trip payments
6⃣Rider assault and robbery.
7⃣Irregular App activity.
8⃣Threat from staffers of TAXIFY.
9⃣Non indemnity on work related activities.
Malignant, discriminatory and vindictive accusation and judgment of driver partners.

And so much more.

On all of these issues, TAXIFY has continued to turn a deaf ear.

Now is the time to stand up for our right.

TAXIFY once again claims to want to hold a roundtable event with driver partners.

Of the over 7000 drivers registered to their platform.
They created reservation opportunities for only 350 persons.

This is none other than the height of deception, discrimination and a carefully orchestrated plan to divert the present narrative on driver security and improved working conditions.

They need to hear from us all, our inputs in this business can not continue to be disregarded.

We are requesting our own roundtable and will all go together to submit our agenda.

Be a part of this movement.

#TogetherWeShallAchive

Kindly communicate with you group leaders or admin for more info.
Story Story.

Terms and conditions....
