York- using Qatar Airlines. My question is- when I
get to NY, how easy is it to book another flight to
Minessota (without booking online first)... Is it a
straightforward process to work to d counter and
pay cash for a flight? If u have done this before,
are d costs d same as those shown online?
(Online- with about $200 I can get a flight from
JFK to my destination...

3. Though I have a host whom I would be with for sometime, but how much dollars do I nid to hold dat would be reasonable enuf as basic travel allowance.

Fortsucc: Here is my experience. I was the primary applicant why my husband was the beneficiary no child yet. Our interview was on the 13th of Sept. Which we were reschedule to on the 16th of sept. This time around it was black that interviewed us, I was called to window 8 which is a room and I was interview first for about one hour. I was told to call my spouse and he was interview in the same room for about Ten minute why I stay outside, he later came out and told me that they said we should stay outside till they call us again. It was like ten minutes later when they called us at the window,they now gave us a refusal letter which it was written attempted human smugling. And of which it was my husband surname that was written on my NYSC certificate, so they now said it was a forge and they didn't give me my original document back, so we accepted it like that. When it was on the 18th of Sept around 1:00pm a number called me and the was from embassy asking us to come back on Monday with my parent and spouse parent's picture which we took along with us on Monday,so they have done some verification on my NYSC certificate which they now confirm that I was truely married to him and that the document was not forged, it was also the same window 8 that I was interview again for about 30 minutes during the interview they went into our facebook account with out asking of our user name and our password that surprise me a lot, so they also interview my spouse again. We were told to go out, we sat for about 10minutes they called us back and they said congratulation,welcome to America and they collected our passports that we should come and collect our visa in a week time. That was my experience to cut the whole story short. It was victory at last, I really thank for making it a success.

Ds office regrets to inform u dat it's unable to issue a visa to u becuse u've been found ineligible. After careful review of ur application, it has been determined dat u filled out the application incorrectly. You are therefore not eligible to participate in the DV program.

I"ll got home with bad mood, I deside 2 inform my lawyer and she said we shld appeal.

The first mail my lawyer sent 2 america embassy, ds is deir response below>

Thanx u 4 ur email regardin d diversity visa application 4 (Abiola A. Onala). Accordin to our records, ds case is closeed, his original DV lottery entry was not properly filled in conformance with the rules and regulation of d DV program. He is thefore ineligible 4 a DV visa.
The Diversity visa lottery does not allow 4 refusal appeal. The refusal by a consular officer cannot be overtumed. We regret dat our response cannot be more positive.

My lawyer reply dem again dat dey shld point out were the applicant isn't filled properly...Ds is deir respond below>

We av reviewd the photos in ds case and can assure u dat he was not disqualified becuse of his haircut. That only a minor discrepancy among several in the two photo. Howrever. If ur client would like to return to us 4 one more review, we will be glad to see him again. He shld bring d photo he originally submitted to kcc with him, along with his academic credentials.
Dat said, if he can show dat he is the same pson, we will be glad to take anoda look @ his case. Is he available Monday, August 5, at 9:am

Wen america sent the secord appointment intview, my lawyer missed it and she beg 4 anoda reshedule and dey nw fix us anoda appointment (sep 10th 2013).

I"ll got 2 the embassy around 6:00am, wen I got 2 the intview hall my name was called by window 13 and she said ashld go 2 room 9, wen I got dere, I was intview by two ladies.

In next 55secords my name was called and dey granted me and dey apology 4 the pic.

I'll was the one dat make a mistake frm the day one, I didn't knw dat I used growin hair 2 applyed DV in 2011 and I didn't even fast or pray b4 I left home, I jst went like dat jst becuse all my tot is dat I knew most question dey used 2 ask pple becuse av gader a lot of experience here but my secord intview I fast & prayer everyday...I really thanx God, he take control dat veryday.
