Sisi042: Go for PFL, they are in Lagos, Abuja, Porharcourt and Ibadan. They are very good and efficient Hi everyone, I am applying to Flinders University for my masters.
The university requires that admission can ONLY be processed through an Agent. On the school website the following agency were listed... 1. PFL Education 2. Expert Education 3. Options Education Agency 4. Gaojo agency 5. TGM Education
Please, is there anyone who has used any of the above agency to process admission? Kindly recommend an efficient one |

Pls give me your mail or your digit I wouldn’t like yo ask you one or two things. Vincentosa: Hello, You didnt need to notify any school of your rejection by one university or another. I got rejected by University of Canbera one time, I think sometimes last year, but I had to apply to another university (UTAS). I didnt have any problem processing my admission. I have received my coe and health insurance as we speak. Currently applying for my visa. If you need some more clarification you can send me a mail. Meanwhile, why was your sponsors account not with sufficient fund considering that he is going to be your sponsor? This could be dangerous if it were to be at visa consideration stage, and on verifying your sponsors claims, and they discover that no sufficient fund. Let's talk |

Pls how can I reach out to you? Send me your mail bro Vincentosa: Well, personally, I think whenever you feel your situation has changed. And again, if you have a good agent or immigration lawyer, you can contract one of the two to help you lodge your application.
Can you respond to these below?
Are you fully employed in Nigeria? Did you give them any evidence of continuous employment with maybe previous promotions, payslips and or employment letter? Did your agent guide you at all in writing your GTE? Who was your sponsor? |

Pls like when next can I reapply? Vincentosa: Sorry about the denial. To start with, I want you to know that there are many single persons who had been granted study visa. Look jnto your application and see that there are things you need to set straight and maybe reapply again after sometimes. Alternatively, if you are able to prove some of the things they claimed you didn't show enough evidence, that will be fine. Are you fully employed in Nigeria? Did you give them any evidence of continuous employment with maybe previous promotions, payslips and or employment letter? Did your agent guide you at all in writing your GTE? Who was your sponsor?
In my opinion, do not give up. Pursue it, and get it. |

Raymum: Thanks my brother God bless you. Firstly, no appeal for offshore student Let me paste what they said below
When considering the applicant’s circumstances in their home country, as well as the above consideration, I find that they have not been able to demonstrate strong enough personal or financial tie/s to outweigh incentives for them to remain in Australia. I have given regard to whether there is any other matter that is relevant to the assessment of the applicant’s genuine intention to temporarily stay in Australia and find that there are no other relevant matters for consideration. On balance, after having considered all of the information provided with the application, the applicant’s personal circumstances and the comparatively greater economic opportunities in Australia than in the applicant’s home country/country of residence, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a genuine applicant for entry and stay as a student in Australia. As such, I am not satisfied that the applicant satisfy regulation 500.212. Conclusion After weighing up these factors as a whole, I am not satisfied that the applicant intends genuinely to stay temporarily in Australia.
A classmate of mine got a denial in 2019 for similar reasons apart from age (she was 27).
Her agent (female) put in a strong and wordy defence for her appeal. One of her counter-arguments was that strong ties cannot be limited to marriage as her aged parents serve as strong family ties in the absence of marriage, and that to describe ties in terms of marriage alone amount to stigmatizing people who have personal reasons to be unmarried at the given time...
If you have shown anywhere in your GTE (backed by evidence) that you have property(ies), OR if you hold decisive position in your family e.g 'first born, First son, in charge of family biz, pictures showing you and your family members particularly your mother, go ahead and give it a try. Exhaust your options, it can't be worse than already.
If your argument is cultural based (first born Trad/Cultural duties, blah blah blah); show them personal/family related proof and also refer them to well-known African literature(s) that explains these roles better- Chinua Achebe's 'Fall Apart' & Ola Rotimi's 'The gods are not to blame' might have suitable plots...
If the cost of appealing is within your budget and you can equally stand a 'final' No, then go for appeal and know that you gave it your best shot- on this occasion.
Note: offshore applicants can appeal unless the rules have changed and I'm behind the news..
Best of luck |
