In a nut she'll, what this bill is all about is to give opportunity to the children of the poor or less previledge in our society to have access to free education up to primary 6. In fact, he launched this program in the north so that northerners would be the first to benefit and enjoy the program before it was introduced in the southwest and other geo political zones. Since UBE was passed into law by the Nigeria legislators, the program enjoy special funding from the federation account. On monthly basis federal government allocated billions of naira to the UBE but northerners leadership refused to implement this program to the latter till date.

Former president Goodluck Johnathan also introduced Almajari schools in the north built standard class rooms, school hostels, feeding e.t.c. purposely for the poor people among them. Since Jonathan left power over 6 years ago, the Almajari schools has become a shadow of itself simply because government in power is not interested in funding the Almajari schools even despite being a northerners.

It is their leaders that doesn't want them to be educated simply because if those boys is able to go to school, they can't used them to course trouble whenever they need them. But they had forgotten that " A poor man's child you refused to be educated would eventually become problem to your own children that was educated. Our late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo said why I introduced free education in Western region is because " I don't want my driver's children to become my children drivers. He also said " I don't want my gudiner's children to become my children guiners ".

There so many hausa people including former CBN governor and emir of Kano sanusi lamido that had speaking against given birth to so many children without proper planning and adequate provisions in terms of health, education e.t.c on the part of there leadership. In fact, the was dethroned because is telling the northern leaders a bitter truth. So I don't know what there leaders are doing but because of wickedness, selfishness and greed they refuse to send children of less previledge to school in the north. Youths unemployment problem in Nigeria can be solved by establishing Technical Universities by Federal Government at least two in each geopolitical zones that make up the federation.

Technical Universities or colleges is where only technical courses and skill can be learn or thought. Nigeria produced thousands of graduates every year but after graduation they face unemployment problem.

I can remember it is one of the reasons Former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida introduced 6. 3.3. 4 system into our educational curriculum and a technical workshops was established throughout the secondary schools in Nigeria in late 80's when the administration assumed power. The objective of this system then was that a children in secondary school can decide to go into technical education and learn one or two skills before graduating out of secondary school.

In Ogun State for instance, Otunba Gbenga Daniel ( OGD) was the executive governor between 2003 to 2011. During his tenure, OGD established Tai Solarin University of Education ( TASUED) the first of is kind in Nigeria and Africa.

This university would be producing teachers with various courses pertaining to teaching line and profession only. I can say it categorically that is why Ogun State have highest numbers of primary and secondary schools today and this happened has a result of the foresight and vision of that government in that period because the university produced hundreds of teachers annually. During the period, OGD also established four Information Communication Technology ( ICT) Polytechnics in Ogun State primarily to produce Information Communication Technologists. Most of the graduates from these schools has established there own business in ICT and allied skill related fields.

To get a job be it in local, state or Federal Government depends on whom you know. Whereas there are some jobs which has been reserved for certain sets of influenzal people in the society.

It means a graduate without knowing anybody in power can't get government job which totally negates the establishment, principle, vision and objectives of Federal Character Commission ( FCC ).

All over the world no nation play with technical education and training because they are the largest employer of labour.

Aside from that, someone with technical job and technological know how would be self employed, self reliance and also help the nation solved unemployment problem by employing one or two people.

As at today in China, India, Turkey, Japan, Indonesia just to mention a few produced hundreds of technicians out of school and thereafter they come to Africa and Nigeria in particular for work but on getting here they become big boss even on top of Nigerians graduate with a degree.

Nigeria has the resources, capacity and capability to do it other to reduce unemployment enhanced self employment and self reliance which is what this great nation need at this point in time.

Late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo said in one of his books that " I established free education in old Western region, so that my driver's children would not end up becoming my children drivers ".

The role of technical education in nation building in terms of solving unemployment problem, self employment and self reliance can't be over emphasize.

Finally, I would advise President Muhammad Buhari to key into this idea. If his administration can give some states that has agreed to establish cattle ranching billions of naira.

What would it now cost his government to establish and equiped two technical Universities in each geopolitical zones of Nigeria. As a matter of fact, President Muhammad Buhari's name would be written in Gold as a leadership that brought Nigeria out of youth employment.

There is no point of spending whooping USD 1.5 Billion to do a Turn Around Maintenance ( TAM) on Port Harcourt refinary more so when the refinary has not been making profits years back.

However, when such huge amount of money can be used to build new refinary with same capacity, so I think our government under president Muhammad Buhari should urgently jettisoned the former and prudently consider the latter because both nnpc, the three refinaries are just a condit piple to steal our money.

Why can't this government privatized these mentioned parastatas in a rasio of 50 / 50 percentage.

Government sales off 50% shares and retaining the balance by Nigeria government so that government can have a say in the privatisation decision making process as suggested by former vice president in his numerous writes up.

Then it would not be business as usual again for the people in Government and there cronies.

Presidential system of government is always expensive to run wherever it is been practiced including Nigeria.

But how be as it may, our government can cut cost by reducing cost of salaries and emoluments of the political office holders and channels the funds to our decaying educational systems, moribund health care delivery system, increase our foreign reserves and also invest heavily on our human capital development, Agriculture, Solid Minerals as well as infrastructure.

Government should block all leakages where our funds and resources is being mismanaged and misappropriated.

Whereas no matter how small the husband is he is still the head of the house and family. He must be respected with courtesy at all time.

2. Arrogance, pomposity, Lack of Respect:Most now a days so call women are too arrogant, pompus and lack how to respect the husband, men needs to be respected at all times as the husband and head of the family but today reverse is the case.

3. Copying White people cultures: Every country, nations and continents has there own cultures that had been existence over many years ago and it has also been practiced and that is why they are moving forward peacefuly with prosperity, longlife and blessing. But our Nigeria women has formed the habit of copying white men cultures, believe and practiced, when a Yoruba house wife can not kneed down to greet her husband mother, father not to talk of the husband himself. When an housewife can't give total respect to her husband how do you now expect the marriage to last ?. Because our women had and still copying white peoples cultures, believe and practiced. Such a woman can never have an happy marriage because as a wife you must be ready to abide with your husband instructions and directives.

They can only cook indomie with boil egg for the husband and children, whereas the husband was was eating those foods even before getting married. So how would the woman coop with just an husband that had not been eating Indomie and boild egg ?.

Equality & Seniority with the husband: Most woman of now a days always claimed equality or seniority with her husband may be as a result of educational qualifications, earning same salary e.t.c., I have never seen where a woman be claiming equality or seniority with her husband that is why such a woman would never settle down with a man. Additionally, $15billion would be reserved for live venues, independent movie theaters and cultural institutions.

The agreement will give child care centers $10billion to safely reopen.

It provides $68billion for purchase and distribution of vaccines, as well as COVID-19 testing.

Millions will stay connected to the internet, thanks to $7billion allotment.

Transportation-related assistance include $16billion for airlines to pay salaries, $14billion for mass transit agencies, $10billion for highways, and $1billion for Amtrak.
