battery cost 4.5k. DDR2 RAM cost N2.5k for 2gb. Your system should have 2 slots for RAM .it is Dell Vostro right? So u can purchase 2.

Also check d voltage on the power pack against the voltage on your system. This you can find when you remove the battery on the system. It is probably lower.
