does it come on at all? if yes, extend the screen to a monitor by plugging a VGA cable to the VGA port and the monitor to confirm that it is not your screen.

If it does not come on, check if the RAM is properly inserted and start the system again, if an AMD system, please heat the VGA card, probably last for 2 to 6 months before packing up.please, this is the worse case scenerio!

if you check the property of the flash drive, it remains the same. when you format it, it reverts to the previous size so what is the point?

after formatting did you run the driver software to drive the hard wares. select search bar and search for device manager, confirm if some of the hard wares you are complaining about have question mark on them, if so, kindly buy driver pack 13 or 14 DVD ( cost just N200) it should drive the system or you may download them from the internet, it is free.

yes, there are some recovery softwares you can buy or download online. recuva is one or google is your friend to find more but the thing is it is a cumbersome process, it may take hours because of the video files you may recover or you may streamline it and exclude the videos.

damaged in what sense? fell down? if it just crashed, you can retrieve your information, simply buy an external casing ( sells for N700 to N1k) remove your hard disk from your system, put the new one, connect with the connector cable from the external and retrieve your information. You will see your information stored in folders. Just keep selecting until you get the right one.

i think the reason we have data, computers or smart phones, in order to connect to the internet and post comments, is to motivate a better polity, point out the ills of society and to prevent the re-occurence of the evils we have witnessed and still witnessing in this nation. for the Yoruba at the time and even more so now.
Yet, not many of you still recollect Atiku's interview
shortly after he was defeated by Yar'Adua in 2007.
According to the Turaki of Adamawa, Tinubu
supported and funded the campaign of late
President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua while the AC had
a presidential candidate.
Tinubu supported Yar'Adua of the PDP while his
party, the AC had a presidential candidate (Atiku)
because he knew Obasanjo will use the powers of
incumbency to rig the election for Yar'Adua as
President. To avoid the possibility of ending up in
prison under Yar'Adua, Tinubu secretly funded
Yar'Adua's campaign. Tinubu is a political dealer

plan with Buhari. He believes US, UK, Obasanjo and

At the close of the day, if Nigeria unravels without
a well coordinated central command and control
outside Tinubu's and Obasanjo's groups in
Yorubaland, the two most hated figures in
Yorubaland right now, unknown militia Yoruba
groups will take over the affairs of the Yoruba
states and provinces the minutes Nigeria is
dissolved. They will not break up the control of any
area under them without a fight. Tinubu and
Obasanjo will surely not be in the commanding
height of things in Yorubaland. Former thugs,
assassins and criminals will surely run things
unless the Yoruba Obas and leaders of thought
work out plans before rererun.
The above scenario is definitely not static. It is
being speculated that after the expected defeat of
Buhari on 14 February, Tinubu will ask Gambari to
hold fire pending the gubernatorial election on 28
February. He will then negotiate with President
Jonathan for a soft landing to allow him control
the Lagos State through Ambode as the sole
condition under which he will prevail on Buhari and
his boys, Boko Haram to cease all hostility against
Mr. President and his government.
If Jonathan refuses to negotiate, but insists on
Agbaje as Lagos State Governor, Tinubu will
activate the terror cells in Yorubaland in
conjunction with Boko Haram in the North on or
before February 28 but definitely not after May 29.
Many of you shouting Sia Buhari are just a game in
the hands of the Yoruba-APC. The real change of
the Yoruba people remains change from unitary
system to regional parliamentary system. This
change can only be possible under Jonathan.

Let us stop being sentimental. Lagos is over populated and the first thing the president should do is to move some of the industries, banks etc. to other regions and make other ports active. And like someone said earlier, if we want change in Nigeria, we should also apply the change to APC governed states. And the change i am referring to is positive change. That means APC should give room for a new candidate from another party, simple!
