Finland is a highly advanced European country, it is not Nigeria or Kenya. Unlike Nigeria, the Finnish authorities takes the welfare of its citizens very seriously. No country on earth that takes the welfare of its citizen seriously, will send that citizen to a country like Nigeria that has very bad human rights record. That country won't even send a non-citizen to Nigeria
