Look at Singapore for example , small country but with sophistication, Mauritius is a good example...none of these Caribbean countries have anything to offer to use them as a yardstick to measure sophistication of black states...
Lots of people in these countries emigrate to the USA, the only major black nation in the Caribbean is Jamaica...It may not have the highest living standard, but it has a more diversified economy....the other countries are too small and dont have an economy outside tourism...cayman island does well with finance but the rest have very little to offer...

The truth, the bitter truth is that Nigerians are presently the weakest link in Africa's development.
