To make the registration easy for you,just get a lawyer,he/she will only collect 25/30k from you,including ur passport,business address,mail,phone number and three name you wish to name ur business,and they will pick 1 out of them.in less than 1month everything is ready.

No you don't need to go to Abuja, you can start and complete the process yourself...just go to CAC website and register with your email address...

After that you submit 2 names and pay a search fee of about 700Naira

If the names are approved you can then commence the registration process.

All payments are made online

Make sure you save copies of all online receipts you receive

Items you need:
Valid means of identification

An operational email account

A passport photograph

A certificate of competence in the field of area of the type of business you want to register

Your debit card with at least 11K for making payments

You also need access to a scanner cos there is a form you will fill online then later you print it then scan and upload after you have affixed your passport photograph and appended your signature

The whole process can be completed in about 1 week assuming you do everything properly and do not get a query.

NB- When filling the forms there is a section that asks if you need extra copies of certificates and documents, leave this blank. If you request for an extra certificate your fee will be higher.

After scanning the documents you want to upload make sure you name them appropriately so the CAC official who will process your application will not have difficulty identifying them

If you are based in Lagos I will recommend that you select Alausa as your preferred point of collection for your certificate of business name registration

If anyone is able to do the online stuff, he should let us know, cos for various reasons many people are very far away from the physical offices and can't travel....and yet still want to invest.

Nengi says Neo pissed her off today so he is out of the question. OzO says he is the person she should pick and no one else, especially that person (I don't know who). Ozo talked about how their lives will be after they leave the house. She tells him she knows already that he has always been a politically correct person, and Ebuka even said same today.

Nengi says she grew up in a hood and when she wakes up and sees her mom quarrelling with the next person, she will immidiately join the fight, she grew up like that, she fights and still fights, the last time she fought was 3 years ago and she owns it, she said she didnt grow up in an environment that is structured and she doesn't know how to be diplomatic like him, though she'd want to learn how to be. They brought up today's eviction show again. Somehow Prince's answer to Ebuka last Sunday came up. Nengi said she was the person that made the decision to stop talking to him(Prince). She did that because she feels Prince is someone who values the game more than friendship and he is tooo too competitive. She says Prince is smart and knows a little something about everything.

Nengi said she only picked Kidd first because he is knowledgable based on UK..blablabla, she said she was surprised when Ozo's first choice was Prince since he(Ozo) knows that she isn't knowledgeable in sports and Prince could go a long way to help them win. (Nengi, you are very stupid sha for this one )
They started recounting how they won their games from the first time Nengi was Hoh, then came to conclusion that Nengi hasn't really won the sports trivial before, Ozo apologises for the umpteenth time for choosing Prince instead of living her to choose Prince...

They were still discussion God knows what when Nengi says they should go to bed. Ozo tells Nengi to talk to him some more as this will be his last night in the HOH room. Nengi insists they go to bed. She adjust the "walls of Jericho and the blanket", and laid down backing him. She tells him goodnight and asks himnto reply, Ozo adjusts his side of the blanket and backed her too. Nengi tells him goodnight again and he didn't respond, she looked back and saw he was backing her too. She says "so you too you are backing me?", You don't want to talk? Ok oo, keep this energy tomorrow because we ain't talking"...she kept tapping him to respond goodnight....Ozo refused to respond and she eventually gave up with a hiss.....
