Some days I just gas up my car and drive around visiting fabrication shops to see how the guys at home are getting on. I'm always impressed as to what some are accomplishing under the harsh Nigeria business temperature. I'm very proud of al lot of the guys in business.

Some guys are really getting things done this days
I was in Ibadan 2weeks Ago i drove along Akala new garage area and I found a guy there who does a wooden panels door I was confused it to Italians door at 1st site until I slow down finally to double checked couple with some doors work in progress then I know realized it’s Nigeria made door.
Same thing in ijebu-ode fortnight ago.

I need to asked my furniture staff to double there effort to meet or surpass those guys.

flush doors like this abi? This is iron door too and there's a way I can eliminate the noise you're worried about

If you can eliminate the noise that will be a big plus to this grade of door , actually I know of high quality door of Nigeria Made used by some big banks in Nigeria without noise and well sealed against water penetration (see attached pic) but it’s pricey.

Also you can fine-tone the finishings to look more elegant( demands/ cost will determines this) but never the less it will add more value to your product.

Copper pipe for 9500 is much 6500 is a good deal for better product.

Then the 4” pipe of 2500 should be thick pipe of 3-4mm thickness

Also the 2” pipe thick one is 1400 against 1700

Throw the questions, I'm equally interested.
Before then some questions:
1) If there's leakage at the valve inside, what will be the smell: normal gas or mixture of 'shit' - foul smell?
2) is the answer to his question still yes, if it's only 3 people using the system daily?
3) how many grams or metric volume of gas does it produce from an average person's 'pupu'.

Now to answer your questions
1- the odor of the biogas is same as that of regular LPG gas (rotten egg odor) why this is that they usually add one a non-harmful chemical( mercaptan) into it to give quick attention Incase of any leakage.

2- A person can give about 0.5kg of feces in a day and 1kg of feces is equal to 0.4m3 of methane gas and 1m3 of this methane gas can Cook for for 5-6 person in 3-4 times

Actually imported ones arevof many grade, china low grade price range (55-65k) china high grade(85-90k) real England about170k.

China make can never last as well installed nigeria frameless cubicle which made of 8-10mm glass.(price range 75-100k.

China made PROBLEM range from, rollers, base, glass.(5-6mm).

THE ENGLAND make is very good but its very scarce to get.

I'm into sales and fabrication of both for like 15yrs ago so i know the pro and coin about the two.
