Make Una dey careful ooo. There are some yahoo boys using loan to rip pple off. What they do is to ask u to pay for some forms and processing fee of Abt 20k or less. You that want to collect 1million Naira loan will see 20k as a small deal, not knowing that d guy promising to borrow you 1 million haven't seen 1 million befor in his life

Business / Re: Y’ello! We DIDN’T Increase Prices Of Recharge Cards, Says MTN by router123(m): 9:41pm On May 11, 2017
venatus25:
Usually, mtn sell his recharge voucher for examples N100 voucher are sold at the rate of N96 to wholesaler. Since last month till now they increase their price from N96 to N97. At this point the wholesaler are force to issues the voucher to retailers at the rate of N98, in order to make profit of N1 while the retailers are sell it N110, stating that gain of N2 can't be enough because of their low turnover compared to wholesaler who only make N1 gain only.
I'm here to tell mtn that the profit retailers get from their voucher is very minimal compared to other networks. Hence they add little price to its value in order to survive.
What Mtn need to know is weather they agree or not a trader must make gain from whatever he sold. N2 profit from N100 is a capital NO.
Na only pple who can't recharge Frm there bank acct will suffer it.
I foresee recharge card business going extinct

Zenith bank who gave staffs option of take half salary get sacked. Is on d list.
It was funny when was in Their DUTSE Alhaji branch where they were doing massive unnecessary luxurious renovation that goes to the tune of tens of million while they are sacking pple.
My observation in the past 3 months is that Nigerians are now take entrepreneurship serious.
There is no more guarantee in paid employment like before. U either take ur financial destiny in ur hand or be thrown out by ur employer wen he fills like. Besides automated machines are now taking people's job just like d banking sector.
There is atm dat dispense money, receive deposits. We have POS. u can transfer fund with ur Fone even without data.

Agriculture / Re: Who Will Give Me 1,000,000 Loan With My Collateral by router123(m): 7:46am On Apr 04, 2017
pokipoki:

The truth is i dont think anyone in his right senses would agree to such a deal. Offering your land documents as collateral is just inconsequential. Ask yourself this question, if you are unable to pay, what happens to your creditor? What does he fall back too or will your creditor wait forever until you have the means to pay back? It only makes sense if there is change of ownership of title documents. The question now is are you willing to do a change of ownership and perfect the title to the land to mitigate against default? If yes, my advice is you need to talk to a bank. Not because people on Nairaland will not help. But that a bank can structure a loan which will be a better fit for the type of your agro business

Thanks for your advice

Celebrities / Our Mumu Don Do By Charley Boy (area Fada) by router123(m): 4:42pm On Apr 03, 2017
Dear Frustrated Nigerian,

Thank you specially for registering to be part of the revolutionary OurMumuDonDo movement!

The battle to free ourselves from the shackles of political slavery and eternal looting of our commonwealth has just begun. This coalition of the Angry, Vexed and Frustrated will herald the collective purge of a squalid thieving system that has eternally pervaded, polluted and dominated the sphere of our polity.

We the sleeping giants of this great nation are now arisen to never sleep nor slumber, anymore. We will fight for what is rightfully ours and will neither be flustered, perturbed, or intimidated by the ruling stealing class. We shall fight their criminality and draconian hegemonic influence on the lumpen proletariats, peasants, marginalized, and exceptional youths.

As you all know, every good thing requires proper and strategic planning. Which is why we must continue the OurMumuDonDo sensitization, just as we try to pull our weights to invest financially in the movement so as to help the mobilization process.

Our mobilization will be sponsored by everyone suffering from the afflictions these looters and criminals have impressed on us. We will not patronize them because we are bigger than them.

The OurMumuDonDo fight is against political criminality and corruption in high places; it is devoid of political affiliations or influence. With this fight, we shall retool the current bastardized system into a true democratic system that we all deserve. And collectively, we shall restore glory and honor to Nigeria and make our leaders begin to place the people first before anything else.

This fight will invariably be laborious and painstaking. Be Ready!

In the meantime, kindly watch the short video attached to this mail and share with a friend. Also, endeavor to comply with the request as well.

Please share this Newsletter with a friend and ask them to register for the movement at http://www.ourmumudondo.org.

Agriculture / Re: Can We Have A Direct Delivery Link For Farm Produce To Consumers? by router123(m): 11:10am On Apr 03, 2017
gbade100:
I have observed and experienced it that the main challenge farmers face to getting good market for their produce. I experienced it last year when I planted vegetables - Efo, ugu, okro, ewedu and scent leaf.

I took them to the local markets nearby here in Lekki, only for most of them to me No-they already have their suppliers- even though some vegetables after the long journey end up not being fresh. Some even treated me like I was begging them. Well I decided not to sell again to market women but to direct consumers, this worked out well till flood came and I had to stop.

This year I chose to approach modernized grocery market or farm marts and they told me if I have any foodstuffs I should contact them- though I haven't planted anything this year.

So now I want to help farmers. If you have foodstuffs, you're looking for market in Lagos (especially in Lekki, VI and Ikoyi) let's chat. I may likely not buy from you but I will help YOU get and contact those who will appreciate your produce and buy at reasonable prices.

Thank you

Pls let me get ur contact. Am trying to raise money to start a food distribution business you contact will be of help.
