GboyegaD: If you don't mind, I would like to ask your present level in Ife. if you have gone as far as 300level, I may have to advise you try to graduate and then come in for graduate program since you guys are already through with 1st semester which means you have just 5 more semesters to go but if not, then you can try again and please, I feel your response on why you chose Kansas State University wasn't good enough because you could have added how you came to your conclusion of them being the best in the program you applied to and not leaving it vague. Whatever your decision, I wish you the very best in life.

imperiouxx: Can he released date and you get it? It's randomize, if he releases it you might not be the one that will get it. Even, it might not still be available to anyone after few hours he releases it. About your diploma, whenever you are ask your highest degree obtained, let it be the highest. You got diploma which is higher O'level then you put diploma. Though the diploma is way back from here, you should find sometime important to fill the gap.

djunit1: Tell her the truth. You cant get a date for the interview to make it on time. You need one additional week to get your visa. That is all you need to tell her

djunit1: The letter may be useful at the embassy but it is not at the POE.... I have seen people come in two weeks after school started and they had no problems gettin in. So get the letter for the embassy, but POE na piece of cake

Up till now,i have tried gettin an appointment date but the Trickling thingy aint Trickling anything oooo...My current date is 10th August and my school resumes August 6.Is there anything that could be done so i could get a early date as i have tried emergency request and it was denied and i have called them several times,they keep telling me they will opt me once there is available date and i think i have shared my last experience at June when i went for appointment and i was given the green ticket to pick up my visa at VSF office and then i later received a message from them and i only got to know i was Denied after i got my passport due to the fact that my I-20 got expired already and the school has a strong policy.
Please house do check and see if there is anymore i could do to get an early date.

My interview was met to be 7:30am, i was so soaked in the rain despite the fact that I was well dressed.
My interview was just divinely plan and filled with favour.
I was praying within me to be called by the guy in counter 4;cos he was given the visa as if he wants all and sundry in the USA, however , my number was called on counter 6(DIVINELY PLAN).I was just blasting prayer within and I was so bold all dese were from divinity

Me: Purdue University (I observed wen I sed dis he was already tearing the green card I was like just like dat ...abi na fake… well God !@ work)

as soon as I mentioned the school he was already trying to give me the card so I felt oda questions were for formality. This looks so long but in the real sense my interview was just for like 3minutes as against 5 mins I told God
I had prepared so plenty question and I was only asked few.
My Visa was approved not for any reason but it was God @ work hence I return all the glory to God.
