The interview was cool, it ended with them asking the applicants their salary expectations without them telling how much they are willing to pay...however, they said they will get back to the applicants. But I think they want to go with the lowest bidder.

Yes I agree with you. One of the applicants who applied as non teaching just told me she got another feedback from them this afternoon
