Popular Nollywood actor and director, Yul Edochie has taken a swipe at Nigerians who are blaming Nollywood for part of the problems in Nigeria.

The actor shared that past Nigerian leaders failed and people are Nigerians are now blaming Nollywood.

According to him, other cinemas globally present different forms of entertainment and it hasn’t prevented Nigerians from visiting there.

Nigerian singer, Solid Star has set the contract agreement he had with his former record label, Achievas Entertainment on fire.

He took to his Instagram stories to share a video of himself burning the contract, two years after he left the label following their strained relationship.

Recall that earlier this year, Solid Star and his former label boss, Paul Cole Chiori, fought dirty on social media.

The singer called him out and accused him of always wanting to see him sad.

The singer who released two albums, ‘One In A Million’ (2010) and ‘W.E.E.D’ (2016) under the record label, Achievas Entertainment left in 2018 after 10 years.

Since leaving Achievas Entertainment, Solid Star has been operating under his own label, Shaba Entertainment.

Renowned Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has advised men to marry women who have physical attraction.

Drama ensued on Wednesday night between reality stars, Mercy Eke and Omashola during the BBNaija Reunion show.

It all started after BBNaija official host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu asked Omashola why he called Mercy names during his conversation with Seyi.

Omashola in response said he was angry on that particular day and unintentionally called Mercy a prostitute.

This did not go down well with Mercy as she flared up and got into an argument with Omashola.

After some minutes of exchanging harsh words, Omashola apologized to Mercy and begged her fans on national Tv.

He said: “I regret calling Mercy a prostitute and other names on the show. I was angry and said a lot of bullshit. That was why I called Mercy names while in the show.”

Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have agreed in principle to meet in two blockbuster fights, according to Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn. Hearn has been negotiating with Fury’s camp for several weeks and he said the terms were in place for the British world heavyweight champions to go head to head.

No contracts have been signed yet, but Hearn expects the British professional boxer with Nigerian parentage, Joshua, to face Fury to determine the undisputed king of the heavyweight scene in 2021. “We’re making great progress. There is still a lot to overcome.

We are looking at venues and dates,” Hearn told Sky Sports on Wednesday. “We’re in a good place,” he added. “It’s fair to say that, in principle, both guys have agreed to that fight. Two fights.

“(There’s) a lot to overcome in the meantime. We’re moving in the right direction. I’m confident that both guys have given their blessings for the fight to go ahead.” Hearn said the first bout could happen in the summer of 2021. Joshua, WBA, IBF, and WBO belt-holder, is due to fight Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev next, while Fury, a WBC champion, has a rematch due with American Deontay Wilder.

Joshua, 30, is still on course to face Pulev despite injuring his knee during a recent training run. He was seen with a knee brace and crutches during a Black Lives Matter protest at the weekend.

Singer and proud father of three children from three different women, Davido is reportedly a new daddy as he has allegedly welcomed a 4th child from another woman, according to a report.

Reports reveals that his reported newest baby mama is Larissa Yasmin Lorenco A.K.A Larissa London, a UK-based make up artist born and raised in Angola.

According to the by Gistmerchant, Larissa has been in Davido’s life since 2017, see her in the background of his picture with Cardi B back in 2017.

The report says Larissa welcomed her son in March 2020, and went off social media when the rumour initially started and have now returned.

Davido is reportedly currently denying the baby and blocked her so she has no access to him, as he is trying to save face with his fiancee Chioma.
