Pls I have been handling my brother's application .
We received the NSE request for ONLY IELTS Dec 22nd and to be submitted Jan 21st .

He didn’t have enough time to study and plan for it . He just checked his result online now and it’s a band of 5.5 score .

Should he upload this band score once he receives the hard copy or write a letter to IRCC to continue his application without the NSE request and give reason for not uploading it .

Pls I need help . I am literally stuck at this point . Been following this thread as a silent reader for my brother .

I am new on this thread and doing this process for my younger brother . Ready to read all research available to pull this through instead of paying an Agent.
He just finished his Bsc (GEOGRAPHY AND PLANNING SCIENCE) last year with 2.2 but very low CGPA .
We intend applying for another Bachelors at SAIT - Southern Alberta Institute of Technology . Its a Two year program ( Bachelor Applied Geographic Information System)

Will like to know if anyone is applying to SAIT and also to ask if i am currently on track most especially going for another Bsc instead of PGD ...... I know its a long process but fully ready to go through the phase .

Is their any need for English Proficiency Test for an undergraduate program?

I applied for BCS certification and did the exam last week, guys pls say a prayer for me regarding this cant afford to rewrite any of the modules.

I have all the time to prepare for my IELTS, I'll keep waiting for the passport, and BCS takes like 8 to 10 weeks to release the result

This is funny !! Lol . Currently in the same boat . I keep studying and still thinking I have done nothing with the IELTS APP PRACTICE. I think the app has a way of slowing you down in terms of reading .

Each time i take the ielts exam on the app i get scared, ( i get poor result 15 over 40 or below) because i need max the result before i even get close to current draw threshold.(469,anything other than maxing will get me to 463-466)

Is it because of the complication of navigating the app to answer questions or I'm just plain dump? sorry for being pessimistic i just want to know if is a worthy risk.

Going by WES amount, School courier amount ielts and other miscellaneous.

Dreams have changed to going abroad to make money, then come back and invest. Now is to leave this country for buhari entirely, make room to bring, raise a family in a working system. Then visit your home town once in 5 to 10 years before you die in your 100s..even if na just poor European country.

I won’t use the word force !! It was just like an advise .

Whaooo. Even after paying in full. Are you currently pregnant? Could it be they believe you are pregnant again and want to use the visa for childbirth? Could that be the reason for the denial?

No I am not pregnant !! Just to visit and come back to NIGERIA . I think that’s what they feel .

Hello Everyone , Been so quiet lately as regards renewing visa but here is a bit of my story .

My husband applied for a J1 visa because he was chosen for the Obama Scholar Foundation program . (Note) He is well travelled and have been to US uncountable times and have never stayed for 1month , he couldn’t even come to childbirth.

The first visa application was denied - Because the VO claimed he took a discount durning our childbirth in the US . He tried explaining to the VO that we paid cash and we were generally given a discount for self pay but he was denied .

We contacted the hospital - OAKBEND HOSPITAL ... They said we can’t get any other letter except the zero balance letter we have been given before bla bla bla ...

The second time , the VO didn’t give him enough time for explanation. DENIED. But advise him to get an Immigration lawyer to sort out the issue.

Fast forward, we got an immigration lawyer in the US and paid 2000usd , he was able to iron out lot of things legally and we were told to contact the hospital to ask for the full bill before discount .

My husband contacted OAKBEND and they claim they can’t take any money etc , He reported OAKBEND hospital to TEXAS HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION . Lol and behold , OAKBEND sent us a mail that we need to pay 10,000usd to complete with what was paid before in order to get a new itemized bill without discount .

We paid this money and got the new itemized bill and a letter from Oakbend . My husband went for the THIRD visa application and the VO denied him again without any reason.

He wrote a mail to the US consular general and US Ambassador in Nigeria . He sent lot of Letters through DHL .

The consular general contacted him to go for his interview and he was given VISA (J1)

Back to my story - I applied to renew my visa tht expires August 2019 ... In a view to visit my husband who has been away since September for Xmas but was DENIED . The VO didn’t give me enough time to show all my document .

I booked another - The VO asked if I have new document but told him the previous VO didn’t have enough time to check my document to see I paid my bills in full . He said I will go thro the administrative process ... Alias , I got my passport back Jan and denied again.

Now , with the new development with the US government, I see the reason for the denial .
We already wrote a letter to the new Consular general but I am done applying for US visa .
