A).. his experience as a top top footballer, which have made him manage a normally very toxic dressing-room.
B)...having known the club in-out (like Pep did in Barca), and
C)...having to base his managerial style on the strength of his players rather than the tactics either one of those two you mentioned are known for.

No way...Pep is a high spender. Klopp (who,until recently, has joined the high-spenders league) will naturally struggle in his first few seasons, in order to steady the ship.
