Ghana commercial bank is nothing of note.
Apart from within Ghana, it has no presence.

It is just a local champion riding on nationalistic induced patronage within Ghana.

Those banks i listed are bigger than your Ghana bank multiple times.

You aren't smart ...the reason I ignore you earlier. one of Nigeria bank was recently closed down for failure to meet the amount needed for recapitalization, another Nigeria bank had to inject cash from her parent bank in Nigeria for continuous buisness operation.

Ghana commercial bank alone is far bigger than Any bank operated in Ghana and it is fully a GHANAIAN bank , this exclude consolidated bank which is by far another big bank in Ghana. zenith is one of the best bank in Ghana not the richest or biggest employer. the biggest employer are the banks I made mention above with British and south Africa bank doing far well than Any Nigeria bank.

reasons for choosing Ghana wasn't just about the national language but about the working buisness enviroment. I am sure you aren't aware they are Ghanaian indigenous industry in Nigeria. go learn guy and stop your ignorance bragging online.
You probably don't realise that most of the biggest banks in Ghana are Nigerian.
Apart from stanbic ibtc and Barclay bank, and one or two, the remaining banks of note are Nigerian.

From First bank to zenith, GTB, UBA, Fidelity, Ecobank, and a host of others.
Just Google most of them if you are not sure.
And it is not just in your financial sector. Every sector in Ghana has a Nigerian footprint.

You clowns have managed to use your anglophoneness to absorb Nigerian investment without being grateful.

Anyway, it would end soon. GUTA will bring it to an end with their actions.

My country economy is solely dependent on Ghanaians

shut up and go and win your economy from the hands of the Lebanese, chinese and indians
You are a clown.

List any Ghanian bank that has employed half of what zenith bank alone has done.?
Do you even have a commercial bank?
Even your entertainment sector, is leaching off Nigeria in every way.

You are very fortunate to be anglophone, which is why Nigeria treat ghana like a sister country, else you are not better than Burkina Faso or Mali.
PoliticsRe: Border Closure: Nigeria Lists Conditions To Reopen Borders With Neighbours by RTSC: 4:26pm On Nov 05, 2019
SarkinYarki:
The ECOWAS countries should ignore this Nonsense .. Borders are similar to filters in reality a border is put in place to filter what come into a country and what leaves but the Buhari govt is trying to blame the filtering efficiency of it's borders on other countries which is total Balderdash !!!!! Border cost millions of dollars to maintain and they are not built for ceremonial purpose but to act as filter that filters out unwanted goods and allow what is wanted come . When your water filter is bad at home you don't go about blaming your neighbors for the dirty water coming into your home but you instead fix the filter and get it working properly
But if Nigeria sends those contrabands back without closing border, it would create the same problem.

Those countries would claim Nigeria is sending back goods that were made in west Africa, even though we all know that is a lie.

Ghana is still complaining about our prohibition list of just 40.
Isn't it better to start the regulatory process from those countries, thereby making the rules easier to enforce?

Actually i am not in the mood of ego competition.

A bigger economy does not translate to successful economy and with your other ranting it only show you aren't exposed yourself and it seems you hardly know how buisness work . A Nigerian bank in Ghana is listed on stock exchange , making it practically Ghanaian equity as well. at least regarding the cinemas, it only shows you know next to nothing . goggle local Ghana cinemas .

I will have aid your understanding but i want to take my breakfast now
Practically Ghanian in equity?
lol

As if your poor small economy can create a company of that size.

Just one word from buhari and those companies would leave.

Ungrateful people.

You are not interested in an ego trip because you are not capable of an ego trip against Nigeria.
You should reserve that for your poor neighbours.

Nigerian economy is more successful than the whole of west Africa combined.

Your traders buy goods imported with Nigerian dollars from Nigeria, thereby putting undue pressure on our naira.
You all are basically leaching on our national blood like vampires.

And to crown it all, you are ungrateful.

and what do you have left
since you've aready block Ghanaian goods

cos there are more ways Ghana can retaliate than you can.

redraw the licenses of Nigerian banks in Ghana
In the end, it will all lead to expulsions.

Nigeria has nothing to retaliate with
What more do we have?
Are you kidding me?

That is why you can talk anyhow.

You are ignorant of your own country's economics.

Which other choice does the SE have?

The Pdp isn't giving the East Presidency. Maybe the SE can get it from the Apga or Sowore's party.
If the PDP is ever zoning its presidency to the south, it is coming to the South east.
That is already set in stone.

But the question is that the PDP may not zone it to the south, but to the north based on political necessities hinged on the APC.
PoliticsRe: 2023: Osinbajo, Tinubu, Bakare Favoured Presidential Hopefuls by RTSC: 11:03am On Nov 05, 2019
The PDP should wait for APC to zone their ticket and then counter.

A north/south east or south east/ north will work based on who APC throw forward.

If APC runs with a Yoruba, then Pdp should activate 2015.

Get a good and popular abokii to run as president and a eastern VP.

The South east is not desperate to be president and can wait.

It does not need to cause resentment.

As long as the APC is not interested in campaigning in the SS/SE.

Everybody has a strategy. It is left for PDP to play their own game and replay the 2015 scenario.

Nigeria economy might be quite big but it is not a successful one. the Ghana president was once a former minister of foreing affairs and therefore understand regional cooperation and diplomatic ties . he is not conservative individual. Ghana will not retaliate that I assure.

But Nigeria economy can't actually paralysed Ghana economy , it's crucial commodity are not traded within ecowas.
What is this clown saying?
His can an economy be big and not successful?
Nigeria is producing more start ups than any country in Africa because of our economy.

More than east, central or west Africa combined.

The bulk of your education revenue come from misguided Nigerians schooling there who are exploited and billed for shitty education.

Our banks are your biggest banks employing thousands of your ungrateful people and introducing technological solutions as soon as they are integrated in Nigeria.
Many of your west african neighbours can't even transfer money electronically in real time.
From your entertainment to your financial sector to even energy, Nigerian investment runs through.
The biggest and possibly only real cinema in Ghana is Nigerian- Silver bird cinemas.
Nigeria has successfully modernized your country.
I don't know what made you deserve it. Possibly because you are the nearest anglophone country geographically to Nigeria.

Those investments can flow out just the same way it came in

Your government knows it. GUTA and other Ghanian illiterates don't know it.

GUTA is run by highly educated people and they are well institutionalized
they know exactly what they are doing.

The Ghanaian government is being too diplomatic and putting too much hope in a free trade Africa nonsense that will never happen because the black man is too stupid to ever make things good for themselves.

So they will make things uncomfortable for the Government especially this election year such that Government will have no other option but to retaliate.

I hope you know this government is all about enforcing the laws of Ghana and they know how to do it effectively.
Just ask the Chinese what happened to their citizens
They don't know what they are doing.

If they did, they would do something different than going against the economic power of the region.

Nigeria can decide to call their bluffs and retaliate heavily.
Who do you think will win?
If you remove those petty traders, what else do you have up your sleeves?

Your own government is appealing for caution because they know what is up, but nationalistic nitwits wants to ruin everything.
