As a hustler & starter, I want to buy a car majorly due to the nature of my job. I have a budget of 500-600k & am considering lesser matainance fee & fuel economy.
I initially have preference for a particular range rover but after some research I discover it goes for btw 750-800k.
I need ur candid advice/suggestion on a choice within my budget.
Am not a person with many words & as such i summarized my writeup.

Fellow NLs, pls I need someone who has reviewed practically the camera of Innjoo note pro or fire plus compared to infinix hot note. Both Innjoo phones has 13MP while infinix has 8MP but was told that infinix 8MP camera is beta than Innjoo 13MP. I need to make a buying decision pls.

For Clarification:
1. Recruitment process- The stages & length of ur recruitment process depends largely on ur region, some may be faster while others may not, some may involve more stages while others may not. So when someone in the eastern region says he is waiting for medical, same may not apply to u.
2. Training- UBA Academy only invites to Banking school those whose names have been sent by their region & money already approved for their batch. The training is for 3wks, officially starts at 7:30am-6pm, breakfast & launch provided, 15k weekly allowance paid every Fridays, I ve earlier discussed on the dressing code, exams written at the end of training.
3. The offer- It is a 12months Graduate contract job, it was stated that its renewable ( ur dept depends on what u were interviewed for, some customer service, some IT etc), 990k p.a (net) means 82.5k monthly, entitle to annual leave, medical insurance, 13th month. The bank pays ur pension administrators & ur tax.
Your resumption will be either 1st or 15th whichever is closer to your passing out from training.

Most CVs submitted to banks are tru insiders, but u can try any of their branch close to u, I doubt if its still on but give it a trail or better still look for any UBA staff. Best wishes bro/sis.

Will be passing out this Friday, as for next batch I dunno but seems it will be up to a month or two cos the batch before us have collected their first salary before we started our training, and also they started work a week after training.
So probably it 'MAY' be within 1-2months. regards

This is the order in which we did ours,
CBT in Kaduna, 1st interview Kaduna, 2nd interview in abj, online psychometric test at individual houses, Medical in Kaduna, training to hold in Lagos.
Pls note Kaduna is representing Northwest regional office, so guys from States like kano, katsina eg all did theirs in kaduna, but the 2nd stage interview in abj was for all in the north, a guy I met in abj came from Maiduguri, some from kogi & the likes.

My last interview was in Abj two wks ago with the ED HR, Nothing much sha, she will just go through your CV & ask few questions. Did not spend more than 2mins with her, had my medical last wk.

Guy how did u get this info or 3 interviews, i did mine on friday according to what i heard and did the interview is just 2 or maybe i didnt reach the last stage.

The first interview was where basic interview question would be asked of you etc....if you pass you move the nxt stage where you interview with the HR.

If felt as though it was mostly the ladies that when on to the nxt stage, most guys didnt pass the first interview stage.

We are hopefull tho.

Some set did 3 interview, i did 2 interview, the last stage is where u will be interviewed by the Executive Director HR. For some its 3 & others 2

Invited for the 2nd stage of interview in Abuja.

I got a text on thursday (28th January) to come for a chat on friday (29th January) at UBA head office, Marina, Lagos. On getting there, our documents were checked. Original documents, waec result must be original and not print-out or result from school. Also he said they are only recruiting for customer service and the salary is 70,000 and its contract for 2years. Depending on your performance, you'll be made a staff. After checking our documents, we submitted phocopies of our document. and then we were called one by one for a chat. QUESTIONS: tell me about yourself, asked me questions from my cv and what customer service is all about. Some people were asked different questions.

We did PSYCHOMETRIC test (didn't see the result) after which we did the test. Mine was successful. Easy arithmetic and comprehension questions. No current affair. 50 questions in 60minutes. After the test, he said we'll be contacted. Got there before 9, left there past 4.

Yea, I think the 70k is basic, learnt that with some allowances it might get to 90k. Subject to further confirmation sha.

Nothing much, can we meet you?, what do you know about UBA?, explain electronic banking system?, do u ve any relation in UBA?. little I can remember. I strongly advice when filling the form they will give esp in the current salary section, state a salary below 70k cos that's what they are offering. Best of luck dear

Did interview today in kaduna, we were told its contract job renewable yearly, basic pay is 70k. operations/ customer service

Nothing psychometric test in Kaduna, wrote mine last week monday, got invite for interview early hours of today. so its btw 8-9days.

just general mathematics, things like fractions, pie chats, diameters of circles, percentages etc, English contains synonyms, antonyms, comprehension, etc. just start with ur best aspect. best wishes

Hi house, just did mine in Kaduna & was successful. For those who are not good at maths, you can skip all maths and start with English then come back to the maths, the beauty of the test is that u can move to the next page and later go back to answer previous questions. Results displays immediately after the test. Best of luck to those who are yet to write.
