Nice one op, let me share this little piece.
I read management with an MBA, My work experience is in sales/marketing but i have always had this desire to grow my career in project management, so I prepared another resume that presents me as one with experience in project management.
I got a call today from a lady telling me that she has my CV & am been considered for a vacant position of a "Project Manager" in her company, during our discussion she asked me certain questions which I answered including pay expectations. She promised to set up an appointment with me soon.
Though I have theoretical knowledge of what project management entails but lacks the practical aspect.

What do you advice friends.

I want to make this clarifications, I called Etisalat CC complaining that am yet to receive the free MB for the second month, they said the first month is free but I must recharge 2k to qualify me for the free MB the next month.
eg, if u were given the free MB say 10th Dec, u must recharge 2k b4 10th Jan to get the free MB on 10th Jan.

Nice one Op, I have also observed an important category.
The Real Owner/Chairman.
The guy is always sitting in the Salon, he is the BF to the owner of the salon & in most cases is the one that establishes the salon for the babe. He comes around either to monitor his babe or assert his position as the chairman representing that constituency.
Some also comes to woo the owner of the salon just because she is self dependent and industrious.

Am interested also, pls gurus teach us.

Pls I need help, I changed my android imei last Friday and subscribed for Glo bis, I received a msg from Glo that it has been activated, my problem is that the browsing is damn too slow, it takes like 15mins to open goal.com. I stepped it down to 2G but same problem. Pls What should I do my fellow NLs. Since Friday I have only used 15MB of the 3G.

There are these group ( I don't no how to categorize them), they wait outside for anyone who has been interviewed, they will ask u how was the interview, what kind of ?s were u asked, why did u stay long etc.
Another set of ppl that will ask u What position did u apply for.

Nnaji was not sacked, he resigned due to pressure & criticism linking a company he co-owns with the privatisation in the power sector.

Try using your phone's browser directly instead of using operamini or UCbrowser. I was having the same problem untill I used my browser.

Guy, na old tricks be this. simply add 0000 or 1111 to other networks u re calling & u will be charged same as MTN nos.

Thks @all, I do think that whenever an org collects copies of ur credential/passport, it attaches certainty to getting the job, though am not always bothered much whether or not orgs get back to me after test/interview, this one is mainly becos of the good working conditions attached including an official c*r, like I said earlier its a managerial position. Thks once more for all inputs.

Fellow NLs, it is now tradition that most orgs keep mute after conducting an interview/test, placing candidates on suspense. I attended an interview for a managerial position with a company last July, they created a new department in the coy and wanted to recruit personnel to fill the positions, the available slots was 3 and we were 4 that attended the interview. At the end of my interview, the HR head promised to get back to me (whether +/-) the next day, 3weeks after i waited without hearing from her, i summoned courage and got her contact through the coy website, she then said that they were experiencing some delay but that they will get back to me. Though i am in contact with a guy we met their for same interview and they ve not contacted him either. I am tempted to put another call to her but on a second thought it will expose my desperation towards the job. pls advice.
