And I'm not yet a skeleton?.....working out and healthy diet is still the surest way o, takes time and discipline but works, esp if u have a fitness support group like mine. |

One could aslo burn calories by eating a lot of high fiber foods . Also,eating healthy, reduce the caloric content of your food and allow the body use up the one already stored up. and daily workouts....simple workout....check more out at www.allthingsfitnez.com |

I have realised that many people are not satisfied with how their bodies are......I have a belief, when u do not like it but can't change it, accept it......when u can change it, then do.......Ladies, do u think you are too skinny? Or u'll like to have more curves?........ Take steps to change it.....there are workouts and exercises that build curves while giving u a healthy and fit body |
