Only online application is available for Canadian tourist/visitor visa at moment and you can only give biometrics at VFS centers once your applications have been completed and submitted. You will be advised few days after the application submission with biometrics letter to be presented at VFS center.

Was told by an uncle who is in Fed character commission n also the member in presidential committee rep federal character( he heads any Paramilitary recruitment in fed character commission). Buhari has approved all recruitment made by Jonathan n also the replacement. So, no worries about that. Letters are ready, its the signatory that is holding everything now. Once they are signed, they will be released. If you are expecting this appointment, keep your hope up with me. It will happen soon. We will smile soonest.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think replacement list will be affected since it has been in the making since around 2013.

You make sense, replacement list is intact, and board is fully aware of it since 2013. Thats d reason why compass 8 have not been given any letter. But it'll be painful to ask to guys to go home o,but they don't have choice, becos I looked at d whole issue of why they haven't given them APL, if truly they have employed them. I pray God help them resolve d issue o.

NIS is just like a chameleon, this is d reason why some agent doesn't say a particular date on d issue of publishing replacement list. Well to all candidates on d replacement list just relax and keep praying. Take away your mind from d date in which d list will be published and lets forge ahead with our life.
