When I said closed a month ago I meant when the application closed, it didn't even close a month ago(mistake), it closed since March. The application window was just for a week.
And when I said they are done with the interview, it means just last week. This means they sent invites to candidate and started interviews which ended last week.
If you are in doubt, you can wait and see. But this is true.

When were you interviewed

One thing i notice is some were sent messages between 3pm and 3:30pm yesterday....and some received between 7pm and 7:30pm yesternight.....thats batches in itself. Maybe they are done with the batches or not is what's unclear

What's happening with the Nigerian Immigration Service?. I applied since December 2020, up till now in April 2021, they are saying no booklet. What kind of a country is this. I can't afford to lose the opportunity I want to use the passport for. Anyone with the same issue?

Oh yeah, 99% reliable.

First phone call interview is just like a chats, the recruiter want to confirm or verify something from you and is not necessary everyone must received it.

But the second phone interview mails which is expected to last for about 45 minutes or 1 hour is the main interview. They are sending the mails in batches for each role applied. If some people from your role received mails for phone calls interview and you didn't received any then your application is not successful after reviewing.

You are right SNBO is newly established. However, its not their first recruitment exercise for experienced hires. I know someone very close to me working there (SNBO), got hired in 2019 as experienced hire. About the pay, its not up to the main shell offer but its also considerably a good pay because it also grows every year and with other benefits. I wont want to say precisely how much here for confidential purpose but its not up to 12m like Amazingguy55 said. Anyways, all the best
