I credited my wallet on Stanbic bluenest since 4am and it hasn't reflected till now.

I complained about Stanbic IBTC MMF rate to my Relationship Manager yesterday and he promised that they would do something about it. I told him that many investors are ready and pushing to dump them.

I just checked now and it's jumped to 17.02%. I was wondering if we needed to complain before the right thing is done. Let's hope this is sustainable.

@rukyboy, check again my post you quoted the answers are there.

In addition, understand that your capital is not reinvested at any time rather it's your accrued interest that is reinvested every end of the month and becomes part of your capital.

This answer assumes you are talking about Stanbic otherwise accrued interest is reinvested at the end of each quarter for other fund managers

You can withdraw from your account at anytime without penalty after 30 days of investing your capital otherwise you pay 20% of the accrued interest on any amount you are withdrawing within 30 days.

Fund your wallet and from your wallet invest into your MMF account. Of recent they created a specialized UBA account for clients, you can transfer your money into that account which automatically means you have invested in MMF.

Alternatively you can use the traditional way ie transfer your funds into their UBA collection account using your e-account number as narration.

Yes, your interest is accrued daily and seen as part of your daily balance but the accrued interest becomes part of your capital at the end of each month.
