The distributor adds the cost to his mark up and price reached 4k and then we start shouting failing to see it's the poor masses themselves that added most of the extra cost in the name of WORK CHOP..

Even something as easy a s NIN the poor masses hired to to do data entry have turned it to a WORKCHOP event where you have to part with 4k to get free NIN..
