yu are quite correct OP some people think that having a pedigree dog is all that matters to start breeding like a case I witnessed two boerboels with bad rear angulation were mated in the name of they are pedigree at the end the pups will have poor rear angulation as well which does not help to improve the breed two dogs with same fault are not supposed to be mated pedigree or not breeders are supposed to use the good to work on the bad aspect .

Well I just wanted a larger breed of dog and we all know that Caucasians are larger than the gsd that was why I chose the Caucasian to mate with it ..

Anyway, I got a Rott instead of Boerboel. Boerboel was too expensive

It's called line-breeding which I still tag irresponsible and wrong. A mother and her pups are virtually the same... It isn't about breed but about blood and gene.

You have no idea about the implications if it isn't done correctly. Those who have no justification for line-breeding, have no business line-breeding. The pack is a mixed and crossed pack. Mother isn't pure.. Puppies are mixed. Why line-breed? line-breeding can be excused if both parents are purebred and there is a specific trait or feature the breeder is trying to keep in the blood line, I don't think such exists with cross breeding. What does the owner plan to keep? The owner should even work for a purebred dog and stop the mixing. A mixed gsd + mixed gsd is far better than a mixed gsd + pure Caucasian..

Do not encourage a wrong act you have no idea about just to get a free puppy from the Op. That's bad. It's better he keeps a female pup not a male and maybe in the future, if the Caucasian is more present in the female, he can mate her with a purebred caucasiaN to produce a better result and over time, the crossing will fade away.

OP that dog sure looks like a Doberman but it may or not be pure and those of yu that knows dog percentage purity by just looking at it wehdone Una eyes dor turn DNA scanner abi. one problem with doberman in Nigeria is that the owners fail to realize that the dog is a working dog and failure to work the dog males it look pathetic so OP focus on working yur dog more so that those inbuilt muscles will come out.

OP can yu pls tell is why yu deliberately used a Caucasian stud for yur GSD?

2. Wolf pups are NOT sold however, they are up for adoption by LICENSED farms and individuals with proper JUSTIFICATION in NORTH AMERICA

3. Anyone in Nigeria that says he has a wolf for sale must be a joke. Even if the person does, judging by the tough hustle to get the wolf you don't expect such person to sell it.

4. Wolves are wild, savage and dominant. You can't keep it as a pet. It will eat you, eat your children, eat your dogs, eat your chicken, then kill itself.

5. Wolves won't survive in Nigeria.

6. What do you even plan to feed the wolf? Rice and beans? Jojo? Lol

7. Just for the sake of it, get a dog that looks like a wolf(ddr gsd, husky, malamute, etc...) and train it to be as aggressive and dominant. You won't know the difference between that and some wolf. It's safer for you.
