We pray for the soul of the departed officer and many more that have sacrificed their lives for the safety of others should rest in peace. Amen! |
I like the very much rebuking and reprehensive remarks from Trump administration through JD Vance. Unequivocally, Israel is not only becoming maniac and inordinate but they are very much ungrateful and feeling unstoppable look at this people that US is becoming enemies to please... The whole Trump will give Netayanhu and his likes instructions and they will be weighing it first! Abeg Trump commot body make we see something I mean Iran vs Israel.... |
The overlapping and incoherent amendments of the INEC as well the controversial judgements of the Nigeria court of justice is as a result of how deep rotten the country is. It is a political sham that day in day out Nigeria can't afford to make it right in adjustment and amendments of some institutional laws in line with the constitution of the country as a result of how all systems have become political control by the government of the day. |
Argentina will surely bully Spain with this experience prowess players. |
Seriously, defending game is no longer working in football again! Unlike before it works but since from Arsenal vs PSG many coaches studied that game and it is fairly working in world cup. No single game in this world works with packing the bus all teams that played such are now out of the competition. |
Basicend:Bro indeed you dey follow the news even though this particular statement was made yesterday. However, they are been roasted like chickens... They are absolutely out of the equation! Fast-forward to now empty drums has been beating, now that it calls for action coward noise is made. Even as I am typing right now Iran is been smoked out with precision strikes according to CENTCOM. I wouldn't love them to bomb civilian infrastructure sites like bridges and energy or power sites but the Kharg Island is my focus point let it be bombed into ashes and be taking over. Since the can act in an insensitive and inordinate manner let them also test their own medicine. |
PDPdestroyer:By now the base would have been smoked into ashes or perhaps had been made a tourist or exhibition site. |
Iran has no leverage on the second phase of this war every military strike is conducted in a meticulous and conspicuous manner... they are receiving the heat from every angle they will hardly last with this form of coordinated strikes. |
Mattswaggz:The second phase of the war is obviously in Iran disadvantage and the US has an upper edge. I was only expecting that the US will play the big brother role and become the guardian angels at Hormuz for free to maintain the earlier status quo. |

When you see a leader you know a leader politics without bitterness. He don't want to play political gimmicks or be political correct no matter what instead what pleases the people and makes them happy. God bless Peter Obi. |
The truth is that if US is doing same thing that they are bullying Iran not to do they are only operating under the guide of might is right and that is in itself criminal and illegal. The status quo must remain the same before the advent of the war. |
"The Hormuz Strait is OPEN, and will remain OPEN, with or without Iran. We are reinstating the THE IRANIAN BLOCKADE, so named because it is only stopping Iran’s ships or customers from entering or leaving. All other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait. "The U.S.A. will be, from this point forward, known as 'THE GUARDIAN OF THE HORMUZ STRAIT,' but as such, and as a matter of FAIRNESS, will be reimbursed, at the rate of 20% on all cargo shipped, for any and all costs necessary to do the job of providing safety and security to this very volatile section of the World. The process and formation will begin immediately." Source BBC

US Central Command (Centcom) says, in an update, that American military forces struck a submarine and ship maintenance facility in Iran overnight. It says multiple one-way attack surface drones hit the port at Bandar Abbas Naval Base in southern Iran, and shares video footage of the operation. "Last night’s strikes degraded Iran’s ability to continue attacking commercial shipping," Centcom adds in a statement on X. The US had previously said it conducted its strikes in response to Iranian attacks on commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Source: BBC

May his perfect soul rest in peace! It is is not easy for you to be a security personnel the sacrifice that follow suit is too much for any citizen not to appreciate you. By virtue you are the highest patriotic citizen of your country. You left your family, relations, friends, comfort, ecstasy and many more to be at risk for others to be saved. No amount of money, no amount of praise singing is equal to this sacrifice may God bless our gallant security personnel. Amen! |
shogsman:I am not interested in going to abroad even though I can't reject such a juicy opportunity. However, despite the fact I am not happy with the state of Nigeria I will be happy to make it here and live a fulfilling life here haven't said so I am not triggered by any interest to make my comment it is bored out of the erratic and irrational behavior of Iran and IRGC. It is not by force to use your water ways in Strait of Hormuz. |
This is what we call a trailblazer leader dishing out constructive criticism when it is necessary and applauding the government when it calls for. This is the kind of politics that drives towards the people not bitter ones that centers on Ad hominem and Red herring. Saying the truth doesn't mean you can't differ it only means you are mature in your style of politics. |
Interestingly, IRGC is biting more than it can chew. It is evident beyond reasonable doubt that the hardliners who are hell bent in holding the world into ransom are foolishly and audaciously trying to go rampage and carnage as well become a hard nut to crack beyond the shores of Iranian leadership through the democratic elected leaders. Apparently, They are toeing the the parth and instructions from Ayatollah Khameini jrn but let it be told unequivocally that they will met their waterloo very soon the day of reckoning is obviously knocking. Conversely, because Iran is already becoming a rogue and a failed state with two emerging powers, how is taking Omani route on the Hormuz your business? Most ships avoid Iranian water space in the Hormuz because of their problems but still yet some rogue psychopaths are hell bent in burning and causing eclipse to the economy activities of the world. We are watching... him who prays for rain without an an umbrella should not blame it when it beats him. |
While the best way to combat injustice and crime is inclusiveness and equality. However, I am of the opinion that the most perceive position is that of a deputy or vice... That seat is as cold as ice block and if you say no use late President Buhari as a case study! Despite having Osinbanjo a Christian as the vice president what else has the Christians benefited rather than marginalize and prejudice government? But President Tinubu changed the calcus, he changed the narrative by giving multiple Christians key positions despite the so called amplified marginalized Muslim-Muslim ticket. Perhaps for me, let the Muslim-Muslim ticket continue while key appointment is given to Christians or shared equitable well. |
This is an insensitive and inordinate political motivated rhetoric aimed at creating more friction in our political landscape. We must not circumvent the truth or be political correct at all time to please our emotions or gullible followers... The truth is that insecurity only thrive well where there is falsehoods, misinformation and conspiracy theories... If what the governor is saying is correct what will we say about the previous abduction of same students multiple times in North West and some parts of the country. We must not give ears to some thrash because they are in the limelight! rather we should constructively speak and criticize the fact that the government are not doing enough to fight insecurity in the country due to their poor policies and funding! |
All these remarkable achievements are good but should be backed by evidence so as public trust and confidence could be build in the government and security agencies. Especially, now that this trust has been deeply fractionalize. Meanwhile, we pray our gallant men and women win this war against terrorism and their cohorts! |
Trump says US ready to ‘completely decimate and destroy’ Iran in case of assassination attempt US President Donald Trump has threatened to launch “thousands” of missiles at Iran should it try to assassinate him, in a Truth Social post. “1000 Missiles are Locked and Loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, with thousands of more to immediately follow, should the Iranian Government act on its threat, pronounced in many corners of the Globe, to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate, the sitting President of the United States of America, in this case, ME!” he said. “Orders have already been given, and the U.S. Military is ready, willing, and able, for a one year period of time, subject to extension, to completely decimate and destroy all areas of Iran.” Source: Aljerzeera

What is good for the geese is good for the ganders... After all I no dey too use the network na Glo ambassador I be! |
esnbrutality:Nobody is saying negotiation or rescued operation is bad even me I want to see the evidence of the rescued operation but owing to the afformentioned commenter egregious comment on this issue by saying it is political scripted is what makes me feel he is a sadist or a bitter person that allowed political sentiments to turn his soul into heart of darkness! |
Nukilia:What kind of illogical and irrational statement is this? Abeg we should use our common sense this is absolutely condemnable. These are human beings we are talking about and not everything should be political... |
ijayalolo:Oga abi you no dey read to understand and comprehend. Informatively, the opening sentence of my comment was all about expression of plausible joy for the safe return of the children. Apparently, I can't be a bitter and a sadist to the extent of being pained that kidnapped children or individuals should not be rescued by any means whether through rescue operation or negotiation. My political alignment has not reached that stage of seeing people's lives being played like a scrabble or chess and I will sleep with my two eyes closed. However, I can't be intimidated not to ask rational and logical questions when the need arises if you said they are rescued by the security agencies show us proof so as we can believe more and applaud them of their doggedness and bravery. That is my stake! |
Drsmiles:Mr man Prelude to my comment I express joy and happiness over the safe return of the children and teachers. However, they only thing I demanded was nothing but evidence to corroborate the fact that it was a rescue operation... For me whether it is rescued operation or negotiation that brought back the abductees is a welcome idea provided they are back to their family safe and sound but where it states that it is a rescue operation we will like to see evidence to appreciate the security and the government more... |
Ttalk:while you are correct real and substantial evidence will be better put out to resonate public confidence in the government and security agencies! |
While I express utmost joy for the safe return of the students and their teachers. However, there are questions that need to be answered, were they truly rescued or as usual bargain and negotiation was what transpired the release of the abductees? Because no single evidence to show that it was a rescue operation that led to the recovery of these children and their teachers. I mean, real and substantial evidence will provoke more public confidence and trust in the government and security agencies. |
This match will be like a blockbuster movie. It will be one of the biggest unpredictable entertaining game to be played in this world cup because both are two magnificent teams who wants history to be answerable to them. They are juggernaut with so many potentials. |
XTruth:Apparently, you want to be spoonfed which is imperatively clear that you lack dexterity and commitment to hunger for knowledge. Literally, this is a disease that keep people misinformed and dysfunctionally shallow minded. However, I will rather screenshot the antidote to your problem which is Google than doing the obvious... |
