1. I send emails from Tuesday to Friday. Sometimes skip Friday.
2. From 2pm-once it's 9pm I'm done with domaining. U can do 9m till midnight if u can.

This month is my highest Geo sale month for 2022.

I sold 3 Geos this month.

I'm focusing more on quality now for Geo than quantity. Doing thorough scrutiny like I had highlighted in the subsequent post before I reg. I even renewed one Geo that later sold this year.

There is something you're certainly not doing right or you're not doing
at all. Domaining is not stressful. I perceive in my spirit that the majority
of Nigerian domainers are not approaching domain investing as a business.

They see it as quick cash source to become millionaires overnight. It's
not so! First, empower yourself with the knowledge of how to buy and
sell domain names PROFITABLY.

Secondly, be strategic about buying domain names. Get into the minds
of your potential end-users and determine in advance what they are
likely going to bite and you then offer it to them. This is where research
is golden.

Thirdly, I see a lot of us don't ply this route. Build a profitable business,
show it to your potential end-users and you'll be surprised how many of
them will be begging you with their cash. This is a course for another
day!

Potential end-users that you outbound to, if they are savvy enough, they
will understand you want to make fast cash from them. And not everyone
is ever happy when you try to fleece on them.

If you register a domain name at $10 and try to sell it at $20, a lot of people
will still not buy it from you because you've not proved to them that you
have added value. SELL VALUE NOT DOMAINS! I rest my case.

You're right. That's why I encourage people to report sales. Some one registered Springfield/ad/agency after illinois/ad/agency sales report here. I think he or she is waiting for payment now. Hold time : 3 days. Patiently waiting for his sales report.

I'm not the best in it, actually a newbie as I have not sold a domain but you do not need to be a programmer. The idea is buying an expired domain you feel someone somewhere would be interested in then reselling.

For example no domain permanently belong to anyone rather its renewed over a period of between one to ten years and if the initial owner fails to renew it, anyone can purchase and use or resell.

Imagine a domain like Facebook.com expires and Mark forgets to renew it also the imagine the name is not trademarked to him. You could easily or not easily buy that domain for like $10. If Mark remembers and comes to you asking for that name, how much would you sell it to him?........ Oya come back from imagination.

So thats just the overview for selling an expired domain. Twill do you much good to start reading the thread from page one of you think this business is for you. Me I've been thinking its for me but not sold a single domain in over 5 months of starting but I still learn and stick with it daily. Good luck and welcome.

Off topic but very motivating;
A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure but how to fix the engine.

Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to

Yes. I think the plural... You know how funny this business is boss. The total population of Morgantown is 150k plus if am correct and the leads I got both from Google map and bing was not up to 70 leads. Instantly, I started having negative thoughts if I should request for refund on Dynadot. That when I received an offer.

Funniest thing, one end user reply to my email this afternoon that I should remove him from the list. I just smile. The name wey I don sell.
