Wow!!. And I just applied for transcripts to Moe earlier today. This country sef.
Is there any genuine person that helps with authentication process in Moe and mofa for those who can't come to Abuja?

But moe&mofa have suspended the authenticate of BSc and ND and Hnd for now due to mass proliferation of fake certificates, it started on Monday this week, hopeful it will be resolved by next week.

But you can authenticate your Waec/Neco if you are going for BSc, they are still accepting o levels

Pls since schools don't give transcript, how so I send my original transcript to Moe, this is a concern for me. Thank you

Yes schools does not realease official transcript to individual, they can only send to organization, by your request, except you have insider in ur sch that can help u get tge transcript out.

On my side, I only filled the application for for Coe, I don't have the certificate yet.

The school that employed me is also asking me to pay for an apartment in order to get accommodation certificate they said it is mandatory for visa application and approval, and the amount is much, how genuine is this. I dey smell scam here... For those who've done this, I'd appreciate ur advice.

Call the embassy on Monday to ask them. How did the employer in Japan know that the certificate is not accepted by the embassy in Nigeria? Also, check up on the required documents the embassy demands from applicants who are applying for a work visa. Check if there is a required health certificate.

In Japan, one is required to enrol in the mandatory health insurance scheme by the government. So, I am curious why you need to pay for health insurance when you are not yet in Japan? How much is the insurance certificate? When is the expiration period for this payment?

You signed the COE? Have you received the physical copy? That is, do you have the copy with you? I don't know if work visa applicants have to sign the COE, but I did not sign mine.

Alternatively, go to reddit/movingtojapan and ask this same question. Be very explicit.

You don't need proof of funds as a prospective employee. The company will include your salary band in the application document at the immigration bureau. At this point, what you need is the COE - it is extremely important.

I just got my employment letter from a school in Japan as an ALT. I really don't know where to start the whole Visa process. I would really appreciate help from those who have experience with Japanese visa process. Thank you.

Jku is quite stressful, if you're sending your original documents, you should be prepared to wait a while, and its not also an automatic admission.

You'd also be required to go for an interview at the embassy.

I Applied to JKU for a masters program last year. Early this February they sent me an email stating that I send to dem my original degree certificate and transcript and also legalised copy of both docs. I want to ask, for them to ask me to send the legalised docs, does it mean that they will give me admission. I am confused because they didn't state anything like me being offered admission. I need clarification. Thank you.
