The Ogun State police command has arrested a 26-year old man, Kehinde Adejuwon, for allegedly defiling a 2-year old child.

The incident took place at Oja Odan in Ado/Odo-Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Adejuwon was said to have confessed his crime to the police after he was apprehended.

According to reports:

The Ogun police spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed the arrest, said the suspect confessed to the crime.
“The Ogun State Police Command recently arrested one Kehinde Adejuwon, male, 26 years old, for having canal knowledge of a two- year- old baby at Oja Odan in Ogun State,” the spokesperson said.

Adejobi added that the suspect was arrested by a team of detectives attached to Ayetoro Division of the command, led by the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Ayetoro, Gbola Adigun. He said the suspect was arrested after the victim’s father alerted the police.

“The suspect, who confessed to the crime, regretted his actions. But he will be made to face the wrath of the law as the offence he committed is condemned by the law of our land and Nigerian culture and tradition,” the spokesperson told newsmen.

He said the Commissioner of Police in Ogun, Ikemefuna Okoye, has ordered that the case be transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Labour Unit of the State Criminal Department, Eleweran, Abeokuta, for necessary action.
“The command will always wage wars on such terrible individuals who are fond of engaging themselves in this ungodly act. We will always work hand in hand with relevant agencies to put an end to this menace. Enough is enough,” he said.

A Catholic priest in Imo is being investigated by police in the state after reports that he was illegally in possession of weapons.
The cleric is said to preside over a parish in the Dikenafai environs of the Ideato South Local Government area of the state.
The priest is believed to have threatened his parishioners and endangered their lives with three unlicensed guns believed to be in his possession.
Vanguard reports:

Crime Guard reliably gathered that the guns which include one pump action riffle, one double- barrelled gun and a locally -made pistol allegedly belonging to the priest were recovered from his official residence by operatives of Special Armed Robbery Squad, SARS, Imo State Police Command acting on a tip off from concerned parishioners.
Described as a very controversial priest, the reverend father was arrested and detained briefly but granted bail by the police following the intervention of some influential religious and political leaders in the state.
Police sources intimated that the controversy surrounding the catholic priest stemmed from a tragedy that occurred in January 2010 , after the death of a prominent indigene of the area. The resident priest was said to had raised issues over the burial ceremony which inflamed the natives and they had to lodge formal complaints to the Bishop of the area over the way the priest was allegedly calling people names while conducting services.
According to the source, the matter became worse after armed robbers reportedly attacked the priest in his official residence and he openly accused some prominent citizens of the area of masterminding the robbery.
This, the source continued, made some of them to write a petition to the Commissioner of Police in Imo State accusing the priest of threatening their lives with dangerous weapons. The Police boss swiftly acted on the petition and sent detectives from the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, to the residence of the priest where some weapons were allegedly recovered.
Meanwhile, investigation into the case is ongoing by the police to ascertain the source of the guns and possibly the actual purposes they are being used for. It is believed that the matter will be charged to court after full police investigation had been concluded.

Unfortunately, while Mandela did some great things for the nation of South Africa by ending apartheid, Heaven is like an exclusive club, unsaved unwelcome. Mandela died unsaved, and is therefore not welcome in Heaven.

Nelson Mandela was also influenced by Darwinism and Communism! Mandela was an avid reader of Marx in the 1950s, and everybody knows that God hates Communists! Mandela allied himself with Communists and heathen Indian Gandhi, who is also in Hell. Instead of seeking a Christian approach to freedom from apartheid, Mandela instead turned entirely to heathens. In fact, Mandela and Gandhi even are rumored to have engaged in rampant homosexual acts with each other while planning protests!

Mandela was also friendly toward Muslims, God’s hated people! Mandela was linked to the American Civil Rights movement, and many members of this movement were Muslims. Know what the Muslims did after they got African Americans equal rights? They crashed airplanes into buildings and started sectarian wars in the Middle East. Nelson Mandela was allied with these heathen scum, and is now being punished for his earthly mistakes.

Tonight I watched many news stations. On every channel, they showed Africans lining the streets of South Africa, doing happy dappy heathen dances, perhaps in hopes that the voodoo rain god might look with favor upon the soul of Mandela. Unfortunately, these savages are of the same cloth as Mandela. Nelson Mandela may have been a great AFRICAN nature, but by world standards, he was rather lacking. Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Second Batch Post-UTME date for the 2013/2014 session has been fixed. Candidates who are taking part in the 2013/2014 2nd batch Post-UTME screening of TASUED should note that it will come up on Friday, 6th December, 2013.

FIFA unveiled its official ball for the 2014 World Cup – the ‘Brazuca’. This name was given to a ball following a public vote in Brazil which involved more than one million fans.

Its design is said to be “inspired by vibrant colours, passion and heritage of Brazil.” Its name is a term used by natives of the country, meaning ‘Brazilian’ or to describe the Brazilian way of life.
The ball was unveiled during a spectacular 3D event held at the iconic Parque Lage in Rio de Janeiro, but went through a rigorous two-and-a-half-year testing process which involved more than 600 of the world’s top players.
Players and Adidas testimonials such as Lionel Messi, Iker Casillas, Bastian Schweinsteiger and former France international Zinedine Zidane were all involved in the process and have since signed off on its use for next year’s World Cup.

A teenager suffers from a condition that she says makes her look like she is nine months pregnant every time she eats.
Rachael Harley has a problem with her digestive system which means her stomach swells and leaves her in tremendous pain.
The 19-year-old was diagnosed with abdominal adhesions – bands of fibrous tissue between her organs – earlier this year.

Every time she eats her stomach balloons so much that people think she is pregnant.
She has now been in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary since October and doctors don’t know what to do to treat her problem.
Rachael, of Balmedie, said: ‘My weight’s gone up and down in a very small space of time.
‘I put on weight after surgery, but it did get down to six stone at one point because I couldn’t eat.
‘My mum couldn’t bring herself to look at me. I was just bones.
‘But every time I do eat, I look about nine months pregnant. Somebody in the hospital canteen actually asked me how far along I was.

‘I didn’t even know what to say. I felt so awful that I lied. It’s horrible. It feels as though my stomach is about to stretch open.’
Rachael’s problems began when her stomach suddenly swelled overnight and she was rushed to hospital on April 28.
She had various tests and scans but doctors could not determine what was wrong.
The teenager was released from hospital a few days later after she seemed to get better.
But the crippling pain and swelling came back and she was readmitted later in the week.
After a range of tests could not show what was wrong, an investigative operation in July finally revealed Rachael was suffering from adhesions, bands of fibrous tissue, on her bowel and appendix.
They were removed and Rachael, who worked as a supervisor at clothes shop Warehouse before she became ill, returned home. But her symptoms soon began to resurface.
She said: ‘Originally the adhesions were intertwined and were cut out.
‘They were causing an obstruction in my bowel and my organs were struggling to move about.
‘Everything was just fantastic and I started eating again. I went home and was looking forward to returning to my course.
‘But it didn’t last long and I never got back to anything. I was put on different medications and even tried nerve-blocking injections, but nothing seemed to help.
‘Then eventually about eight weeks ago, I was taken back into hospital.’
Doctors have been at a loss with what to do, fearing that more investigative surgery could make her problems worse.

Due to the seriousness of her condition, Rachael has now been in hospital since October, but she vows to remain positive.
She said: ‘Unfortunately, now a little down the line we are back to square one. We believe that the adhesions have returned and are day by day possibly causing damage to my bowel, stomach, gallbladder and fertility organs.
‘I am unable to eat much and am deteriorating again. We are losing faith in the NHS doctors and in the care that I am receiving here in ARI.
‘You have to keep your spirits up, but it’s difficult. I’ve managed with my mum to get into town in a wheelchair a few times.
‘I go clothes shopping, even though I can’t wear them because my stomach swells so much.’
Rachael had to leave her photography course at Aberdeen College because she has missed classes through her illness.

And she also had to turn down a place at London Metropolitan University to study fashion buying.
But she is now trying to raise money for specialist treatment which she hopes will give her back her life – and she wants to train to be a midwife.
She said: ‘I’ve missed out on so much. I see photos on Facebook of all of my friends out enjoying themselves. It’s heart-breaking.
‘After being in hospital now though, I want to be a midwife. I don’t want to waste time.
‘Getting the right treatment would give everything back to me and my family. It would be brilliant. I want to start 2014 afresh.’
Rachael is hoping to raise enough money to pay for treatment from a private adhesions specialist in London, who would have the expert knowledge to investigate.

Generous friends and family rallied round and have already raised almost £2,000 in just two days.
Rachael said: ‘I can’t believe how supportive everyone has been, especially in December.
‘It was a last chance thing and it’s given me so much hope.’
In London, a barrier mechanism would be inserted to help prevent the adhesions from returning and hopefully allow Rachael to carry on with a pain-free life.
The teenager believes that the adhesions formed and attached themselves to her bowel and appendix after she suffered from appendicitis.
They normally develop in patients after they have had surgery, but doctors believe that Rachael was born with the condition.
She said: ‘My stomach doesn’t empty fast enough so it just swells up. I can eat little things like snacks but when it’s really bad I can barely even take in water because I just feel sick.
‘Other people I have spoken to [with the condition] are having to get hysterectomies because the adhesions have spread so much.
‘The pelvic pain I have is really severe and we’re worried about mine.
‘We found out online that when you have them congenitally that there’s 93 per cent chance of them coming back.’
Rachael now wants to raise as much money as she can in the hope that she can travel down to London for the surgery next year.
The cost of the surgery and all the tests involved will be about £4,000.
