Oprah Winfrey has been repeatedly attacked by President Donald Trump ever since her powerful Golden Globes speech that led to people calling for her to run for president. But the media mogul is handling it in a way that everybody can learn from.

Trump called Winfrey "very insecure" in a tweet last month and over the weekend, he promised to make a possible presidential run "painful" for Winfrey.

"I would love to beat Oprah," Trump said during a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night. "I know her weakness."



On Sunday, CNN’s Van Jones asked Oprah what she would say in response to Trump’s comments and she said: "I wouldn’t. I would only speak if I felt that I could be heard."



She's been handling Trump's tantrum in a very mature manner in spite of his continued attacks. The funny thing is she hasn't even declared her intention to run but he's already insecure at the perceived threat. She has since said she hasn’t heard from God on the issue of running for the US President come 2020.

Winfrey said on '60 Minutes Overtime': "If God actually wanted me to run, wouldn’t God kind of tell me? And I haven’t heard that."



Though she doesn't intend to run, she offered some advice for whoever does run, saying: "I will say to whoever is going to run for office, do not give your energy to the other side. Do not spend all your time talking about your opponents. Do not give your energy to that which you really don’t believe in. Do not spend an ounce of your time on that."

Yesterday, President Buhari during his speech in Benue State that he wasn't aware that Police IG, Ibrahim Idris didn't obey an order to relocate to Benue to tackle the disturbing hersdmen crisis.

According to the president, “What I did was to call him and give him the directive. I didn’t know he moved here (Benue State) and didn’t spend and then moved to Nasarawa. It’s only now that I am knowing that. “But I know I dispatched him here”.

There was pandemonium at St. John’s Anglican Primary School, Agodo, in Ogun Waterside Local Government of Ogun state, yesterday March 12th after a mentally challenged man stormed the school armed with a cutlass and killed two pupils identified as Mubarak Kalesowo and Sunday Obituyi.

According to reports, the school has a porous security system, making it easy for the mentally unstable man to gain access. He descended on the students, macheting them with the cutlass in his hand till they died. He later fled the school premises.

The state police command says it has launched a manhunt for the man.

Jhene Aiko and Big Sean's relationship may have hit the rocks and twitter can't keep calm,



Multiple US sites are reporting that Jhene has unfollowed Big Sean after reports surfaced online claiming that he and former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger were flirting at an Oscars party.



Jhene Aiko unfollowing Big Sean on Instagram further fueled the breakup rumors.



Though cameras were not allowed inside the event, so no receipts have surfaced. However, an unnamed source who was in the room told a gossip site that Aiko would not have liked what she saw. "[Sean and Scherzinger] both attended an Oscar Awards after-party together and were cozied up together sitting at a table in VIP,” the source claims.



“They were all over each other and they looked really comfortable around each other. They looked like they were a couple.” Aiko allegedly got wind of this news and was furious. “She was pissed, she confronted him about it and he didn’t really deny it,” the source added.

A football chairman lost his cool and confronted a referee on the football pitch with a gun in his belt.

The ugly display occurred during Sunday's Super League game between title rivals PAOK and AEK Athens which ended in chaos as a pitch invasion followed a disallowed goal.

Ivan Savvidis, the chairman of Greek club PAOK also took to the pitch with a Gun in his waistband to confront the referee after Fernando Varela late goal for PAOK was ruled as offside.
The chairman reportedly told the referee: 'You're finished.'

Rival, AEK's Spanish coach Manolo Jimenez saw the firearm and claims to have heard Savvidis threatening the referee verbally.

'We didn't know if he had a gun, then we saw it,' Jimenez told Cadena SER. 'It could be seen that he was moving his hand towards his waist because he had a gun.'

Jimenez added: 'He threatened the referee right in front of me. According to my interpreter, he told him: 'You're finished as a referee'.

'I'm stunned; I don't understand it. It's the type of thing you expect to see in a Clint Eastwood movie.'

AEK will file a complaint with FIFA and UEFA.

Meanwhile, PAOK said in a statement said: 'After what happened today, PAOK chairman Ivan Savvidis is preparing all necessary procedures to protect the team and all his collaborators from the threats and attacks they have been subjected to.

'There will be relevant announcements on the issue soon.'

A Nigerian man, Lamido Ogbeh, was arrested yesterday by Kohsar police for allegedly defrauding a Pakistani man of Rs35 million (almost N194million), in Islamabad.



According to Pakistantoday, police arrested Ogbeh after the victim lodged a complaint against him on Saturday. According to the victim’s statement to the police, the suspect while impersonating a British national telephoned him from a UK number and offered to help him. .



The suspect told the victim to deposit the amount in a bank account so that his shipment from the UK could be cleared and delivered to him. Muhammad Arif, the victim, said he deposited the amount in the given bank account.



The cash was withdrawn by a man named Asif from a bank in Islamabad’s F-7 area. When no shipment was delivered, the victim contacted the account holder, Asif, who told him that he withdrew the amount and handed it over to a foreigner named Joseph.



The police tracked down the said foreigner who was identified as Ogbeh, a Nigerian national living in Pakistan on a business visa. The supposed victim maintained in his complaint that Ogbeh also uses several other bank accounts maintained by Asif Masih, Saqib Masih, and Ashfaq Masih. Police suspected that the accused might have defrauded other people as well.
