As for the QA/QC doc and HSE i will send you those ones once you get your VAT and TCC/TIN.

Yes, because what matters most is your area of competence evidenced by previous work done, project completion certificate, etc. If you are bidding for a job on I.T, at least your corporate profile should carry enough of that plus your staff must be competent in that area too (talking about their professional profile).
