I have unlocked the secret jutsu of seeing the recovery mode

To do it too simply follow these steps

To boot into d recovery:

Press the power button and choose reboot, then immediately hold Volume Up (+) button till you see the recovery mode

Then you should see the android logo

Then you press

Power button + Volume up (+) together at once like a screenshot and voila it will appear. (See img below)

This is a good sign the rooting will work o

Without the rooting sef the fone is dope, it has ads blocker, data blocker, call & sms blocker all packaged into this app called "Cool Maanger" and it works great

But don't change your mind bro, it's your best alternative compared to your Gionee M5

How long does it take to charge the battery from 0 to 100%

Read my review on the battery, I stated there that I haven't used it till 0 zero level and I don't think it will ever happen (for now sha)

But if you just asking to have an idea on how fast it charges then I can say it charges very fast, usuually from 50% and below to 100 is within one hour so I'm guess from zero to full is 1½ hours

still planning to get the phone 1st week of next month, BT d problem there is I cant find any custom ROM or how to root the phone solution. guess we gonna be stuck with android version 6.0 on the phone

Getting a custom ROM isn't an issue, rooting is still in progress as well...all you guys have to do is wait and let me experiment with my device na . Na me dey face bricking na

But let tell you from tweaking experience, there is no ROM that works more flawlessly than a stock ROM - you can just add a small tweak to it but in Custom ROM you will always meet one bug or issue. What Custom ROM offers primarily is different UI that looks cool attractive but when you get into the business ehn either you get tired of bugs or you soon get fed up looking at that "Custom ROM UI"

I've come to discover stock ROM works faster for me of I add some extra tweaks sha like replacing system launcher, file mangager, music player, calculator app, kwynoard and even the Notepad

To enjoy stock ROM more keep changing wallpapers and upgrading necessary apps, that's all.

In the meantime RF 2017 is bae

I already did na, I said it lasts just about how long Samsung J7 prime (2017) or the Tecno K7 spark does.

I am not the type that drains battery that's why...I use to 50% or 30% then I charge full back

Rating the battery is in 4 ways, playing games for long on it (from 100%) or browsing on it with 3G at least (from 100% as well), mixing both games and browsing and lastly leaving it idle for calls only (which I don't use it for anyway).

But let me give you an idea of how it works from my observations. The battery does not drain rapidly at all, now I am the browsing type so I have used it for like 5 hours with 3G with 30% or so to spare...but from what I can tell it should last average of 7 hourz on heavy usage (game + browsing combined, which is pretty cool and accurate compared to other brands of the same capacity aforementioned). Mind you I don't think anyone can really be using an android gaming for 7 hours straight (that's 29.2% of my day wasted).

So if you use if for browsing and let it alone for 15 mins - 20 mins interval it should get you throughout a day. If you then charge it once again then you are okay.

But if you are the type that likes to top battery of a new device each time you see 85% without letting it have proper discharge God is watching you in HD

NOTE: Pls be aware the phone does get warm (all phones get warm and this device is made with metalic body) if it is under heavy usage like gaming for long 3-4 hourz but with browsing it's barely noticeable.

I'm back and I brought goody goodies with me.
Just like I don't like making empty promises, I only make promises that I can fulfil. So here are picture samples from Samsung J7 2016(SM-J00H) and the SuperD D1

NOTE: The pictures were taken with the back camera only and due to limited size(4MB) of pictures that can be uploaded here on NL, I had to screenshot the original pictures (that were about 3MB-5MB each on both devices) to reduce it to 800KB-1MB each. So original quality is reduced a bit, zooming in on them will not give you accurate result. So let's introduce d contender specs

Samsung J7 - 13MP back camera
SuperD D1 - 13MP back camera

On the left is Samsung J7(2016) pictures
On the right is SuperD D1 pictures

• The 1st two samples were taken without flash

• Pix 3 & 4 were taken with flash (check d zoom mode in the last post)

• Pix 7 is the environment I used (check the zoom mode of the last of the three)

Now since my device supports 5-point multi-touch I was able to force zoom in to almost the closest point (that's like x6; no joke) and capture the flash mode zoom and the non-flash mode zoom using one of the pictures above.

View them and let me know what you think.

Watch out for the comparison of the SuperD D1 pictures with the Hot 4 pro (stay tuned...).
