It's finally official the opening of SuperD D1 thread ![]() I got this device on Jumia for N28.5h (through my able agent Nenergy). It took 2 weeks to be delivered to me but it's not my 1st time of buying overseas product from Jumia so I wasn't worried or restless (I gotta admit I was anxious to meet the device housing this crazy specs for such price )So b4 it got to me, I literally watched all its YouTube review (I'm the curious type) and funny enough no English guy reviewed it, just phillipines people and some Chinese guys so it wasn't an easy task.So without wasting much time let's go straight to the point. This is the SuperD D1 specs 5.5 Inches Android 6.0 Marshmallow 1080x1920 FHD resolution (480 ppi) 5-point multi-touch MT6750T Mali T860 1.5gGHz Octacore (64-bit) 3GB RAM 32GB ROM (22.89 Avaliable) 13mp back/8mp front camera (Front camera has no flash) Picture quality is great both front and back 3000mah Nano SIM + Nano SIM/TF Card 2G/3G/4G Fingerprint Sensor Antutu Benchmarks 45951 (not by me but that's the average of all I've seen) Now the device also has the following function: > It can do a Scrollshot > It has led notification > Noise-cancellation > It has OTG function too > Recent key can function as both as recent key (single-tap) and options (long-press for 3 secs) • It doesn't have Double-tap to wake gestures or double tap home key to sleep Short review of the device: The UI is great, fluid (no lags experienced whatsoever moving from one app to another but I haven't loaded it yet with all my apps; most of them needs root access and the rest are just heavy games. All in good time sha) The UI doesn't look like the regular Tecno or Infinix, it kinda looks like LeEco, though I haven't used their device but I've seen it from reviews especially the recent menu The Dial pad has this sort of history display too, it shows you the current query at the top with 4 - 5 previous queries below in its order, cool ryt? You can use it to know when someone has tries dialing an USSD code while handling your device temporarily especially when if your girlfriend checks your account balance when you had told her you don't have enough credit to call her ![]() RAM is doing a good job, I have attached a picture of running apps (like 8 or 9 sha) with the screenshot of when nothing is running on the device (it has 1.6GB free when nothing is running, I have seen it get higher to 1.8GB sha one of the nice thing I noticed about the device is that apps like Chrome, UC browser (both came pre-installed on it) can resume and show the page you were on after performing a reboot or a power-off and on. It really surprised me Chrome did that. Anyway that's that The memory has about 15GB for storage and the rest for apps (I will later add my SD card and use it as additional storage for apps) ...will update the thread on that Camera mehn This is the most unexpected part that WOWed me ) Pictures taken with flash in areas with low light or no Sunlight looks better (shows great detail) than the ones taken without flash. The front camera pictures look good too but it has no flash. Comparison will soon show... make una cool down ![]() Flashlight is quite bright too (working alone I mean o) Graphics (GPU) the Mali T860 does not disappoint at all, I have played Sniper 3D, Dead Target and Dream League on it and the experience is superb (especially the Dream League) I will try to post pictures of them too What else o? oh yea the audio quality is great (for calls; sounds like a real bass or sortof and the Noise-cancellation is probably doing its job too) As for the main speaker, it's sure loud enough for me... watching movies with was great though the speaker is at the lower back cover so some people might not like this. Network speed This device does not only has 4G but it has all 9ja 4G bands except glo but trust me when I say the speed of the 3G is something else...my glo that was neglected like David the son of Jesse (Bible) is now doing wonders, probably because this device has another special 3G band called TSCDMA or something... I don't recall jhareSo this device is gonna WOW you in this area. Typing is super fast as well....you have the Google Keyboard and the TouchPal Keyboard pre-installed (I will soon switch to my Swiftkey back sha) This is 4th day of using this cute baby since it was delivered and I have enjoyed every bit of it's function except for the Nano SIM which it has, well man gotta pay sacrifice in one area ryt? When I said I didn't waste time with it I meant it cos I backed up the ROM shaperly the next day before installing any 3rd party apps (Compliments of Hovate.k forum) Let me know what you think of it and drop me your qtns so I can reply whenever I can, as well as my oga FADIOZ tooPls don't mind the lenghty post biko, in fact na rush rush I just compose ahm (depriving myself sleep of 2½ hours this midnight, but it's a minor sacrifice as well as I am a tech enthusiast with passion to distribute technological news and information freely to the public...e be like sey my grammar don dey too much) Ok let me stop here abeg, "man shall not live by browsing alone he needs sleep tooThanks and bye viewers Picture 3 is USB mode and OTG mode

FADIOZ:LOL, speaker placement it doesn't matter jhor enjoy your SuperD to the fullest |
FADIOZ:Boss you have gotten the best deal you can ever think with this SuperD D1. LeEcco usually have bugs, check their thread...but just to be clear what does this Leeco X2 has that this SuperD doesn't have Enlighten me... |
FADIOZ:LOL, okay o, when you mentioned it sef I have been trying it out. Swiping on my Google Keyboard(new devic) and Swiping on my Swiftkey Keyboard(old device), it's okay but slow a bit and can be confusing, not knowing where to start I am yet to transfer all my apps and files to the new device. I need root access on the new device to restore some app data (mostly games that I have played far and opera mini saved pages too) |
FADIOZ: Sent to you... check your mail |
motherfucker:LOL abeg o, no be you oooo |
bamac: ![]() He doesn't have the cash now, till next week |
FADIOZ:The thing is strong-headed, I will get rid of the motherfucker when I root it |
duwdu:My pleasure |
FADIOZ:I hope you didn't show me this to prove Swype keyboard wins cos it didn't o I'm not the type that uses gesture so But Swiftkey clearly wins |
FADIOZ:Settings didn't work o, MTKLogger still working ![]() I already tried the *#9527*# USSD method too but it doesn't work (DM remains at 0 instead of changing to 1) |

Nice keyboard, but Swiftkey is the baba |

FADIOZ:Settings applied, hoping to see changes |
dumo1:Yep, it didn't work on my 3G device having bearer option: LTE, eHRPD, Unspecified I'm using a 4G device now and the options show exactly as the op posted it NOTE: my SIM is not 4G enabled (it's just the regular 3G) 2. My device does not have glo 4G band either....so there you have it |
Nice app, using It my android running OS 5.1 What I noticed is that there is no UK English in language option (I'm not sure if it is replaced with the South-African or English (GB) whatever that means) Anyway it's UK English spelling Nigeria is using so it would help to have corrections in such format Example: UK/US counselling/counseling, colour/color just to name a few |
FADIOZ:Ah, it's essential o, I left mine alone. I installed some apps and now ads is popping up like mad but as you mentioned this Cool Manager now, I rushed there to check if I can remove that MTKLogger that is always auto-starting upon each boot but it's not among the system apps listed, nevertheless I have used it to block all those rubbish pop-up ads and it works like a charm ![]() |
Finally testing this out on my glo and the speed is scaring me ![]() |
tecnolad:Ok, I guess the picture quality is indeed great then |
tecnolad:Is the picture upto 5MB (each)...if yes how were you able to upload it here if it's "unedited" |
