If to say u get sense u for understand say the actual cost for the airport projects was pegged @ 2 billion naira. Now the 1.7 billion that was announced by the minister of aviation, to be released to the contractor is bone of contention here.

The very person who awarded the project for 2 billion naira last year, re-awarded another 2 billion for the same project which the Senate rejected, claiming that the actual balance for the project was 300 million as claimed by aviation minister.

Now due to certain consideration, additional 200 million was added making it 500 million to enable completion of the said project by the Senate.

The question now is, did FG ever released the1.7 billion for that project @ all last year?
