Some are retirees who were the earliest to settle in the estate. There are retail stores that sell daily household stuffs as well as SMEs stores (tailors and hair salons). ROAD CONDITION: The road is partially tarred from the main road beyond the entrance of the gate. After that it's an earthen road with bumps. Slow driving POWER SUPPLY STATE: It is very fair. At least the estate can boast of 10 - 13 hours of light per day except there is a major fault. RENT RANGE: Two bedrooms flat: N250 thousand and above per annum. Three bedroom flat: N350 thousand and above.
