As far as I am concerned, a virgin remains a virgin in spite of prior rape.

So are you telling me a girl that has been raped is a virgin.She might take it she's still a virgin just to console herself and to give her a sense of belonging again but I think once its broken it cant be returned.So what are we saying herePls Seun can you explain further?/

Any way distance relationship do work but it depends on the two.But if you've not seen the person before..that one I cant say cos you need to get to know each other so well and you cant get to know each other just by mere communication cos there're so many things to relatioship than loving on the phone or through mail.

 This is a good topic and I want everyone to be sincere and stop criticising non-virgins.I once had a friend who was a virgin and on this faithful day an arm-robber came to their house and she was raped..I think I felt pity for her cos she was beating mercilessly before the guy finally raped her.I have actually seen a sister who was a virgin before she got married and at this moment her marriage has collapsed and I've seen someone who is a serious "aristole" while in school and she is happilly married.

 Sex is a very important issue in couples life.I'm not saying this to change any one opinion about sex but it cant be waved aside.I cant marry a virgin man..it does not matter the way you read this but that's me and I dont want to pretend.A guy will love irrespective of you been a virgin or not..and a girl as well.We still have virgins but what of people that has been raped..pls if you want to talk on virgin or non-virgin dont write to criticise non-virgins,you can only know if a girl has had sex but can you know if a guy has had sex?What if he pretends to you he never did it and on that so called gloriuos day he pretends as if he doesnt now where to start from...how will you know
 Sex is good and it worths enjoying especially in marriage so dont jump on a girl or a boy simply becos he/she is a virgin...marriage is more than Virgin or non-virgin.

Men generally are polygamous in nature and it takes a man of discipline not to have an extramarital affair because majority of men go for anything in skirt. A man that has numerous girlfriends when he was young will find it very difficult to stick to his wife even after their wedding.

Then ladies too have their own shortcomings by not maintaining a good look and men will always see cute ladies out there, so we ladies should take note of this.

Lastly true love is unconditional. So I don't see any reason why a man should start having an affair just because the woman has gained weight or something. Please love your partner unconditionally!

Hmmm ... attending the wedding of my ex who dumped me is in two different ways. Firstly, I can only attend the wedding if we are in a good terms. There are some ex's that even when they dump you you are still friends though it may not be easy. But if we are not in a good terms I won't attend the wedding because it might bring back all the sad memories.

You know love hurts at times and it's not easy to get over it when someone dumps you. But at the same time, let's be realistic: if a guy should dump me I'll carry on with my life because love is not a do or die affair. Not all relationships lead to marriage, so it has to end one day.

Lastly, we should try to put everything aside if we are hurt and carry on and you and the ex can still be best of friends. So if my love should dump me then I will take it as if we are not meant for each other and I can attend his wedding. We should always take life very simple!

I know you are able to ask a girl out, but you just feel like pulling our legs. You know what you guys do when a lady ask you out. You tell ur friends and they start giving you different advice and you take the lady as being cheap. But it takes a lady of good courage to ask a guy out and a brave lady as well.

I think this is an important issue because I still wonder up till now why a husband will not let his wife know his salary. To be frank, women always find it easy to tell their husbands the amount they earn and majority of men will not. I'm afraid, is it that we are too demanding or what?

I have been thinking of this topic for some time now, why is it that every single lady you meet and talk to about relationship with, will always asked if you are going to marry her. And among all the single ladies I have met, their thought is how there wiil be hook to some body that will married to them.
So every hope and prayer of lady is getting a man before it is too late for her. why is it so?

I'm writing based on what Solo2 wrote which I underlined.."every single lady". I think you have every right to your opinion but not every single lady o. It's only a desperate lady that will ask you if you will marry her and before she can do that that means you have made her belive that you wil marry her maybe with your actions or what you said.

It's not every relationship that leads to marriage but a lady who is 28 years will not expect you to be playing around with her by taking her for a fling, which means you are only wasting her time.

Please men in the house if you want to have any relationship and you know its just a fling please kindly tell the lady in question. You can't start going out with a lady who is 24 or 25 and maybe you go out for at least two years (making 27) and you tell her is a fling. Please!

And ladies, please don't let us be too anxious to get married because marriage is a life time contract!

I think your roomate is not really sure of her feelings. Is it love or lust? Is it true love or infatuation? These are the questions she needs to ask herself or you need to ask her.

If a guy says he's no more intrested in you then you should let go. It's only when you don't belive in yourself that you will start begging a guy not to go, or having a sense of insecurity. All she is doing is out of it because God forbid if anything shlould happen to her right now the guy will cope.

And for you, the friend, you can only do little because we are diferent people with different backgrounds and opinion. You are the one living with her and you know her better than us. So if she's the type that listens to instruction then you can talk to her but if she is the opposite then try to keep everything to yourself so she wont conclude you're just being jealous. Watch the way you approach her concerning it because it seems her love is blind meanwhile true love is never blind!

I think this is a very serious issue..but if my boyfriend should slap me I think I'll walk away gently and never again will I allow him into my life.If he comes back I'll accept his apology but we cant just continue the relationship..infact I cant just imagine it cos a guy that will have the gurt to race his hand and slap me is not a man enough so tell me how will I continue a relationship with someone who is not a man enough to control his anger.God forbid if we finally get married then I'm his real punch bag not his wife...and a lady that slaps his boyfriend is not a wife material cos she will slap you again in the public...

I think, as a girl, you have to know the kind of man you want in your life; as in the qualities you want in a man. If a man does not meet at least 70% of what you want I see no reason why you should go ahead and fall in love. We girls have so many problems that we dont know we have. Guys aren't worth dying for.

If I'm in a relationship and I realise the guy is not my cup of tea I'll rather pull out safely before it's too late because most relationships are always one sided and girls are always at the loosing end. A guy can't meet me today and tell me he loves me tomorrow and I'll be crazy about him. You can only be secured when you love someone who is truly your friend but when you fall in love with a stranger then you are a going to.

I will advise that we girls should look before we leap. However, there's no way that pain can be rulled out in a relationship. We should cherish our heart and guide it jealously to avoid someone breaking it.

Men do get hurt at times, especially when a man actually loves a girl and she breaks his heart!
